Its cringe to have fake printers that can easily be mistaken due to the fact that at the time he also had real printers making sounds. I am beginning to understand a lot of the rules that people usually don't know or find confusing, and I know basically all of the regular rules and how they work. This knowledge of the rules and what can be done and what not can be done can make me decently useful at sorting a situation that would be hard for another new staff member to solve. For example if someone is demoting someone while staff are on, some people still don't know that it is against the rule to demote while staff are on. I know how to staff and will learn quickly due to past experiences. I will be a lot easier to train and since I have the ability to be online at any moment for any reason I can be super active while others might just be role playing (No poke against them, you need your time off) while I do staffing in their place. Activity and experience is not the only thing that makes me good at staffing, I am also non biased making sits with me like having garnet vs garnet in a sit. Everyone is equal when I am taking a sit and even if its a report against a staff member I take everyone's proof and what happened along with logs to make a proper decision on how and what do to in a situation. I have my issues but these issues are quickly fading away as I know the community and its policies more and more, my attitude towards the server has shifted from just something I play on to something that I can make friends on and enjoy as a community. -1 Due to what I have heard, staying a -1 since staff are allowed to sit back as long as they are off duty, and just making sure people follow the rules and enforcing them is not everything a staff member does.

I was not going to report him unless I had a good reason. I thought he had a fail base so I reported it. And about being toxic, I never actually insulted him, at that moment I just added what I thought he meant with his words. Is there an issue with that? Also, I have been told that you and Knoxx are good friends by some people, so this is an issue of bias too.

I reported Knoxx and after a bit of back and forth I was warned for false report. Why should your warn be removed?: Because I genuinely thought that his base was a fail, since in the past I had seen many people get reported and warned for even small sky bases, so in that moment I reported Knoxx thinking it was against the rules what he had. Apparently I was wrong and I am going to reread that rule again. It was a mistake on my part to think that his base was too big and therefor against the rules, but apparently it was just fine. At least I now know that the smallest sky bases are OK? Basically, at the time of the report I thought it was against the rules for all sky bases to exist, and I was proven wrong.

Pepperoni has a good point, we know you make great bases but making a skybase is still bad, and insulting them while they are in a way creating a sit because of this is a bit depressing. All I want to do is genuinely serve the community, but me being me is hard when its not a job yet, I promise I will change if I become staff, and even if I don't become a staff member I am trying to improve everyday anyways. I have my common "Moments" quite a lot, but that is because instead of doing something that I care dearly about, IE staffing, I am basically getting run over by a car while I RP, and I tend to snap because I am not professional in those moments, and at this rate its going to be hard to be, so that is why I ask that you just trust me. In the past servers I had staffed on had moments with me just like today, but I still eventually persevered and became a great staff member till they closed. I have issues, but so does everyone else. So please, I am a mess sometimes but I still have great times with others and have great experiences on the server, and becoming a staff member will elevate that. I have been practicing my patience since then, and so far I have gotten better at managing that. If that is still something you dislike about me I apologize once again for the experience I gave. Also planning on if I do become staff, (Which at this point everyone is saying no, so not anytime soon most likely) I am probably not going to RP much anyways and do my job instead, focusing on the rules and such of the server and providing a better time than the hailstorm I usually am. [minimum 2 paragraphs]: Because if I become a staff member I will strive to take as many sits as possible and spend most of my time on duty while most other staff prefer to RP instead of doing their job, which is understandable. I also know that I am dedicated to the roles I am assigned and will do my role valiantly if I am accepted. I have almost 1,500 hours on Garry's mod and so far 100 of those hours has been spent on this wonderful server, so I know what to do and how to get around the game, while some people do not. My previous experience with being staff, even if it was a while ago is a step up on others who have never staffed before and are still decently new to garry's mod staffing, and my knowhow of most of the rules makes me a good pick for the role. May I also mention that I am completely non biased? Anyone could be innocent, so even the worst looking person is treated as equal to a garnet veteran, and my friends are also treated the same way too, just cause I have known them well does not mean they are able to break the rules and get away with it, or get extra leverage on a sit against another person.
