-1, one of the lures and points of hobo micspam is to be annoying. If it becomes harassment that's different, but you can always just mute them if you hold down tab and click on the speaker next to their names I believe. No need to change the rule.

From what everyone is saying, I don't think you should resign partner. Ask one of the heads if you can go on reserves. I don't think you have any outstanding bullshit to worry about, so it may be a viable option for you.

Could you post a official add on list for city rp if you do not intend to compress those? Whenever I join some of the cars are errors and unfortunately despite spending hours troubleshooting I have not found a solution to this yet, and I am unsure what addon you use so I cannot download it directly

-1 not enough hours on cityrp to apply, needs to follow simple requirements in order to prove he can meet the standard. The hour minimum is 24 hours as it says at spawn, that really isn't hard to get.

+1 would of given a referral if he had asked just because of my previous experience working with him as a manager on DarkRP (WHICH SAYS A LOT, I never gave out referrals after I became manager except twice in my 1+ year of managing) he is capable, and a great person who I think will do just fine. He's been active helping out on drp, so I doubt he will have any issues helping out on cityrp if he is given the chance to dual staff.

-1, I among many other people use shipments to supply myself with weapons via the inventory (not everyone has perm weapons, and this is a very viable way many people are able to have weapons consistently.) This includes for the CP class. Inventory being removed does not solve the problem. Instead, maybe have a pop-up appear when you open it in chat that warns you that cps can't drop weapons?

I agree completely, to a point I've personally gone to cyber about the people attacking him. I just simply don't see enough of the small steps at all currently, though it means a lot to see you vouch for him, I'd like to see some progress myself before I change my mind. I've yelled at some of the people who've shit on him before, it's honestly saddening because the truth is it was the people who fucked with you for so long that turned you to toxic behavior. I just don't believe in this amount of time he's made enough of a change that I can say for sure it's concrete, and understand I've taken risks for toddd before. Again, I put my name on the line for his Lead Admin rank and in less than 24 hours that had to be removed. I want to make sure I'm right about this, and I wanna be sure he's changing before I decide to +1 this application. I believe in Toddd a lot, it's just gonna take me time to trust and see him the way I used to. I'd love to see those steps though, and as I've said before I'm willing to hang around with him again if I know he's really trying to change for the better.

Old toddd didn't bully players, old toddd was a friendly, fun to play with dude who I genuinely thought was a nice kid. Believe it or not despite some people holding grudges, I and a lot of other people are rooting FOR you. We want you to be that happy and awesome toddd we know you can be. You got a lot of people willing to be on your side, you just gotta go back to being yourself.
Maybe you already are changing, but I want to be able to see it. I wanna see that good and awesome toddd again. If you can do that, I'm confident you'd make a decently good staff again.

Edit: +1. I'm willing to change it because of the support of Fetn, Fish, Wreck, and Chris, all of Whom I trust. If they believe you are changing, then you deserve a chance.
Edit 2: Decided neutral was more fitting, since both +1s and -1s have their points, I honestly feel like I'm in the middle of both.

Prop limit is there to keep the server from lagging from too many props. It already changes if you come on during off peak hours.

I'm actually gonna +1. I've had no interactions with him on SWRP but I've gotten lucky enough to get to know Sunday as a person, but unfortunately I was also a part of his ban for a year. I have to say, I expected him to hold that grudge a year later when he joined DarkRP like Joe Gatto had (when he had alted) but to my shock he and @SeabassTheGod were both incredibly chill, and we just picked up right where we left off a year ago. Right back to friends. If that doesn't show maturity over knowledge of what he did wrong I don't know what is, I've seen adults beyond his age act like complete fools and yet here he is showing a ton of maturity over a year long ban.
Qualifications for a GM are simple: Someone who makes people have fun, and someone whos friendly. Sunday has always fit these two things, and I think holding a mistake like that against him after a year is ridiculous. I think SWRP would be missing a seriously great asset if they passed up on giving Sunday a chance, and worst case it can always be removed. I understand he did some bad things, but people deserve a second chance.
Understand I am +1ing based on his DRP behavior that I have seen, and people could have different interactions with him on SWRP. I think it's just important to note the growth I've seen considering I was a part of his banning for a year. I haven't heard him do anything bad on DRP either since that incident, and while I'm unsure how active hes been, I thought it'd be important to give my take. I think given the powers of a GM he could seriously entertain a crowd. I've also seen people forgiven for way worse sometimes even multiple times, so why doesn't he deserve a chance to prove himself? I'd also like to point his events sound pretty fun to an outsider of SWRP, and I think I could have some fun doing some of those.
I DO however think he should have some restrictions at least at first, being made to work with other gms always when he wants to do an event (if thats not already a requirement) and any abuse should be punished severely, he has to earn the trust from the SWRP people.

I had a talk with Toddd and he actually believes he wants you unbanned, and understands it was a joke from a new player who just made a dumb choice and didn't pay attention to the rules. While you do admit to it, the management team has agreed to unban you. Do not change your name to a staff members name again however, otherwise impersonation can result in a permanent ban.
