TSFU would have to give the Toz to Bomber and drop the G3a3(KEEPING THE 1 SLOT LIMIT) and give Militant the sniper (COL approved), that would make the Bomber a true CQC class and make it the apex of the CQC sub faction. To add a sniper class TSFU would want the SV-98 (WITH A 3 SLOT CLASS LIMIT) to compete with Rangers having the SR338.

Yes, I understand Rangers 'ghosts' acts similar to the suicide bomber class in that thats its the SOC special class but Rangers also has a fuckin proxy mine which in my personal opinion is better than the suicide bomber. No one uses the current SVT-40 its a semi auto doggy ass weapon and honestly the militant class is very under-used aswell this is because the Toz is also pretty doggy. We are getting a suicide bomber class nerf and getting a better weapon that is going to be more likely to be used. If the Tier system is set up in the way that it is meaning that Rangers and TSFU are the same Tier why wouldnt they both be more long-range focused I mean that seems like a higher caliber of skill than CQC

TL:DR Rangers & TSFU are same tier so it would be fair to say they retain the same 'niches'. Combatant and Militant are both classes that are extremely under-used suicide bomber is getting a nerf to bring TSFU on the same level as rangers and this seems completely fair.

(Idk what the subfaction stuff is about but splitting the faction in two and creating two different forms of leadership for almost every soc faction [if thats what you're saying] is something that I dont think pop can handle currently but the class changes are def something that should be considered)

  3. Sniper damage changes and balances are needed the L115 is currently one of the best snipers and afg sniper pales in comparison. These basic changes are going to help the learning curve and really keep players interested in playing on the server.

+1 to challenges and rewards, but a "battle pass" just sounds dumb to anyone who plays the server, -1 to a battle pass

Battle pass is the name for the system of doing the challenges and receiving the rewards there’s just additional rewards being offered to those who buy the pass that’s all by +1’ing the system ur +1’ing battle pass fortnite

  5. https://www.gmodstore.com/market/view/xenin-battle-pass

Description: The link above is xenin battlepass its avaialble in the gmod store for 13$ and has huge benefits for the server. It offers rewards for daily challenges (Or just logging in!) this can be in
the form of practically any entity, addon, or amount of XP. It has two sections for rewards one section is the battle pass which offers additional benefits and rewards but must be purchased for access to the
rewards and the normal section which will give lesser rewards but is already normally applied. Now, the cool part about this addon is you can create challenges for players to do or set it to all they have to do
is log-in to recieve the rewards. With the removal of the quest system and the need for more passive RP these challenges offer an incentive to log in and interact with other players. You can do challenges
ranging from logging in or walking a certain distance to killing people with a certain weapon. This is a less tidious and more fast paced way for people to participate in 'Challenges' or 'Quests'.
This addon offers alot of freedom and I believe would be a great addition.

Reasoning: [how would this benefit our server?: Things like this reward system incentivze players to interact with the server rather than turtling into their base and afk'ing until the
next war they can grind out these challenges for money or xp. Not only that but if the challenges are set to where the player only has to log in to recieve the reward you may start to see more people
reminding themselves to log in just to recieve these rewards.

    	Additional Information: [Photos/Videos][/CODE]

Rewards can range from money, xp, one life weapons, explosives, any entity and possibly vehicles with configuration

  6. In all honesty, refusing to give the class at least a sub-par weapon like some shitass SMG is contributing to the self-heal meta. The only people using these support classes are either brand new players fresh out of training wanting to play a class that can support its teammates or vet's with over 1K hours a five separate donator weapons. I would even go as far as to give them some very bad smg and smokes to truly allow these classes to play their roles instead of giving into the learning curve of the server.

The squad system could be implemented in a few different ways. My idea was to split up the classes into squads (eg. snipers/markman squad A, soldier/LMG squad B, breacher/infiltrator squad C). Each squad would have its respective leaders and roles. Squads would have to use /SQUAD to join their teams. It wouldn’t interfere with communication or the way people want to play. It would be directed more towards base factions and newer players to give them a taste of what a SOC faction could be like. Depending on what class they play on they would be on (insert squad). BY playing in each squad they could find the niche they like and join the SOC faction associated with (insert niche). For SOC factions they would be considered their own squad. They will communicate and play separately as they do now. It wouldn’t change as much for SOC’s but it would help with player retention and bring better numbers to each faction and their niche.

Great idea but this is more geared towards faction leaders and war leads who should set up squads during db. This can be done pretty easily (might want to bring it up in the next sfg or Us meetings) a good idea for you is to create a guide to creating squad systems in war and post it in the guide section of MRP. You could list the different possible squads and how they interact with SOC, play on objectives, and work as an overall team.

The squad radio spawn would be a limited spawn FOB radio taken from the game SQUAD. It would be completely reserved for officers and it would be an item to place down as a FOB. If the officers were to die it would spawn them back on the radio and break it. Each person in their squad (using /squad) would be respawned on their radios until it is broken or has run out of (x amount) of spawns. When it is destroyed it would send a chat message in /p (squad chat) saying “Your radio has been destroyed” or something similar. It would help with complaints of base camping (HELP NOT FIX) and add a whole new gameplay loop for the server. CSdesert is a large and very open map that will be a sniper fest, if we can give people a chance to spawn out of base near to an obj it would provide a more difficult yet fun war.

So, we originally had insertions a very long time ago on cs desert that you could buy but the thing is people would abuse these and put them in spots like comms or any heavily enclosed areas the issue with this is that its massively op in that it instantly teleports you onto an enemy you may have already heavily damaged giving you practically 200 hp (plus two Med kits if on your class) so I don’t know if this would be the best idea to go around a radio system.

The builder cert would use the Fortification tablet that's on the Star Wars RP server.

This is actually something I think has been wanted for a while but the main issues surrounding it is the fps impact and the abuse if however it is made into an engineering certification and properly restricted to a certain extent this would be an amazing addition and a great way for people to communicate with others.

TL;DR - 1st Suggestion : bring up with faction leaders at meetings and push hard for it or become an officer and push for it 2nd suggestion : -1 had something similar previously didn’t work toooo well 3rd suggestion +1 great idea should be discussed with executives on how to implement into cert.

  8. I think the main issue and than some which has already been stated is just the activity and maybe some bad blood that just needs to be cleaned up if that’s all fixed I think you have a great chance of becoming staff if you can just improve you’re activity and relationships with some others for maybe a month or so thsn your set. Best of luck 🤞

  9. Honestly, I see the agree reactions and I’m probably going to get a lot of -rep reactions for this one. But, seriously there is literally 0 dedication in the appeal you were banned for vet mass (meaning you had full intention of breaking the rules and just didn’t give af) and I’m almost 90% sure there was more to the story than that given that only a member of the executive could’ve really issued a ban like that. Unlike others who have recently appealed they atleast made some sort of presence on a different GG platform such as ts, discord, or other servers or put more effort into their appeal rather than 3 short half assed sentences. If people like the guy then oh well but I think accepting these kind of applications without a second thought or atleast some deliberating or a sit down with the person appealing possibly sets a standard that can be dangerous when it comes to other people appealing in these situations.

90% of your fights will be at mid-long range unfortunately unless you go COMMs

A good way to possibly combat this is maybe turning uk base into an objective instead of Toxic crater that entire obj was just centered around sniping UK base would offer a lot more alternative combat scenarios

  11. Orsis is 30$ On the store I feel it’s a bit unfair to those who purchased to allow anyone with 100$ in game to have it. But, I think adding the respective base faction snipers is a more fair approach. Ik there’s the whole ‘you donated you should be open to changes’ argument but I mean this seems a lil unrealistic you gotta pay 30$ on the store to get the weapon but spend like an hour on the server and you can just buy it with 100? You can also get the payroll through !credits and that’d allow players to buy these donation store snipers ten times.

-1 Change snipers suggested to base factions snipers

I understand base-camping is a major issue that has resided in the server, but like Reynolds said, people paid $25 for a sniper class.

However, I liked the possibly lowering the mag size for the snipers like how you stated in TS. I think that suggestion will get more support than trying to change 2 donator classes entirely.

This is sadly a -1 for me, I paid money to have a sniper class on both sides of the server, I expect me to still have that sniper.

(P.S. This was written on my phone, if it looks bad, that’s why)

Just for clarification, this is what I would +1.

While I don't have the classes towelie basically said everything I was going to say. I really do believe anarchist and riot need class changes they are the most under-used and to be honest ass donator classes on the server. I think the concept and idea behind the suggestion is good but you're honestly not going to get as many kills with a harpoon than you are with a knife its almost impossible to tell where that stick is going to land mid-long range especially up against long range automatic weapons.

Focus on changing the under-used classes rather than the most-used classes if it's not broke dont fix it. People dont care abt those donator class changes because the class is dogass if it was more used obviously it'd get more attention this suggestion is an example of that. the majority of snipers I see are mostly members on a faction WL anyway. +1 to weapon nerfs -1 to class changes.

Of course it wouldn't work like this.

Why would it not work like this? There’s nothing stopping players from doing this unless I missed it in your suggestion it’s simple faction leaders start providing incentives to get intel (promotion cooldowns with proof of collection) players start planning early hours to get on and proceed to collect the intel so you’d have to spawn it in at a certain time to balance the chances of collecting the intel

These intel items need to have set spawns, on every map, that are inside buildings and off-objectives around the map. DO NOT LET THEM SPAWN RANDOMLY.

Props should not have a set spawn a script should be made where the props can spawn in any surface area of the map besides bases or objectives.

Great! Than I think the percentages and values that’d be changed should be stated in the suggestion to give players a better idea of how this whole system would work.

impact on server performance this custom addon could take up a ton of space

    No it wouldn't

I believe creating a CUSTOM ADDON that can automatically spawn in helicopters, orbital strikes, explosives, and a completely new custom UI would most def impact server performance unless garnet himself can find a way to optimize it which I would assume he’d have to do considering how much space an addon that can randomize spawn points for dozens of different props on a map at a certain time every day would take up not to add onto the fact that the server would have to automatically detect left over props and remove them.

keep the US or Taliban from collecting all of the intel on the map

shoot them and wait for it to respawn

Lmao, I wish you could say that about basecamping right? The issue I am talking about is a population imbalance and this suggestion can further that. Idk if your talking about shooting players or props but either way the amount of players a side has on completely dominates the way this system is used.

    • Agree 1
  14. This idea is great but I think a couple of changes are needed to balance it out on both sides just purely because of the population difference I feel like this system could be easily manipulated by the players

    1. Props should be spawned in during an average high pop hour of the day and than last until the end of the day. I don’t believe the props should spawn the same time the DEFCON resets Because it can be really easy for small groups of players on US or afghan to get on and use up all the Intel only for them to get the rewards. This also allows the majority of players to benefit in war and not use up the defcon rewards on a war no one is on for.

    2. While I think obviously props shouldn’t spawn on objectives i also believe they should spawn randomly around the map outside of those objectives. This keeps veterans from gate keeping locations of prop spawns and allows basefaction and SOC to coordinate missions together in search of intel instead of a repetitive same site spawn that people will run to as soon as they load in.

    3. The rate in which xp is gained from collecting the intel should be based on a population system (I.e the less players afghan has the faster they will gather xp from the intel the more players US has the slower they will gather the respective xp.) this once again will allow both sides to have more of a fair chance rather than the 3 Taliban CSC’s running to silo getting camped at gas station with a helicopter.

Another thing to take into account is the impact on server performance this custom addon could take up a ton of space and it’s important to consider if the suggestions overall impact would be worth the shot to performance. I believe there are other ways to increase use of intel or passive RP dependent on the impact of this suggestion to the servers performance.

TL;DR - If conditions are met +1 if not -1 there’s not enough of a positive impact if the conditions aren’t met to consider implementing this suggestion

P.S you’d have to either segregate the props by country in the script or stop the collecting ofnintel after defcon 5 to keep the US or Taliban from collecting all of the intel on the map depending On how slow the xp is gathered if my conditions are met

I like this, This is what I feel about them also. I think something should change about them instead of completely removing them.

I was reading this and had that exact idea while there are some problems with reserves I believe the pro’s outweigh the cons. Reserves not only keeps long term players interested but it also allows them in the right circumstances to mentor, help, and better factions. For instance there was a period of time in taliban and 2ga where we were lacking in active officers and people from reserves like soldier would literally get on just to help with tryouts or warleading with no benefits so this is what I propose.

Make the rules to obtain reserves more strict. Players imo should only be allowed to apply for reserves when they have met the rank of captain in SOC and Major or LTCOL in base faction this keeps players motivated to continue to support the faction their in instead of tapping out once they get officer. Originally you weren’t allowed reserves for the same side idk what happen to this rule but I think at the very least US forces should not be allowed same side reserves due to afghans low pop.

Faction Leader Selection: Executives should only be selecting the next leader for a faction when absolutely necessary.

+1 Holy shit dude at no point should executives be micro-managing factions I have seen some of the littlest fucking problems be ran through executives. At one point promotions in army I believe were being ran through fucking smity when the GA was on LOA this is absolutely ridiculous. I dont want to sound like a boomer but back than executives had almost 0 control over factions and they didnt want to and this was when the server was hitting consistent over 100 pop. You see situations like taliban base faction where you have officers working their ass off in the ranks just to have executives pull rank and place not just a faction leader but a second in command in a position when there was already 2 previous generals and like 2 senior officers fully capable of dealing with the day to day. Its overprotective, restrictive, and unnecessary.

However, there have been multiple cases where executives have made the right decisions there were certain previous friend group factions and all out bias occuring on certain corners of the server that management dealt with properly but I think there has been multiple cases where executives have over-stepped and whilst currently its not that huge of an issue I can see it starting to get blast out of proportions this isnt a suggestion you can just add into the server box people have to acknowledge what is right and what is wrong and truly see how it could benefit the server and I really hope theres some changes soon.

While, benz you do have the past officer and GM experience that experience was quite some time ago and somewhat shortlived on the GM end of things. Coming into your new term currently you  haven't fully adapted to the current social environment and their players. This is extremely important for game masters. Simply understanding the players concepts of well put together events will allow you to make the most out of the tools given to you.

Also "Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs]" This section has 4 sentences so you might want to beef that part up.
