Congrats, you've got a decent app-I've noticed that you have read the staff rules since they were pointed out to you, and that was my only major problem so enjoy a +1
I do think you should add a sentence or two to the second paragraph, and I think most people will overlook the ban from a year ago. I know it would be hypocritical of me if I didn't.-

Code it in so that bails can also be taxed/possibly have a fixed tax rate on them so that the vault can fill up quicker lmao. Also could possibly have the side effect of making people who are just mass bailing be able to get some of their money back if they do a pd raid would may convince more people to raid the PD

I've seen newer players who are unaware of the rules make bases. One thing we should still clarify if this gets passed (which I'm totally in support for) is that they cannot base with NON HITMAN/ASSASSIN classes, cannot have printers, and cannot join a party with other non hitman/assassin classes.
(also remove rapist job in job rules thanks.)

First of all, staff can handle their own reports only if no other staff is online. We trust you to be impartial, and we trust the player base to report if otherwise.

uhhhh, about 2020 mid april type shit when covid hit, bought the game, tried to play on a certain server that rhymes with micebooze. Couldnt join for some reason, saw the "no download" thingy and joined. Havn't really played any other server since.

I have a lot of experience from Grand Theft Auto V and Roblox Communities therefore I'd be great for being a Staff Member if chosen. I have multiple experiences from small to big to huge servers out there. The experiences from the said games have made me get more excited and make me want to become Staff more often. ------------------- 2nd Paragraph: I have over 5 years of Staff Moderation and Management. 7 years of roleplay experience which contains; traffic stops, trainings, pursuits, crime scenes etc. I think it would make the most out of me if I was to become a Moderator here in Garnet Gaming/

-both of your paragraphs need work, but mostly the second one- I would suggest adding one or two sentences to the first one and beef it up, and completely redoing the second one.
