+1 I've seen him around in the server and only see positive interactions from him. I don't think I've ever had to handle a report against him, and that just speaks for his rule abiding. I think he's a good fit

As you can see near the start of the video, im checking to see if they are inside. My intent was to kill the owners of the base with my rockets, and get in. I end up getting countered and I see that. I didn't want to lose my M202 so I ran and /drop it, inventory it, then get killed. You can see here that I look into their base, fire about 6 rockets, and then get countered. I'm not sure if you can hear in the video, but I can hear myself getting chased down, and you can see I prep for the 1v1 (which I lose). If I wasn't trying to kill the base owners, and was just trying to murder the street, I would've stopped shooting rockets after all the people on the street died. However, i continued shooting rockets at the base trying to make the attempt of killing the owners of the base. I've done this on multiple occasions and every time I've been pulled into the sit it's been a clean sit because my rockets are hitting the base, not the street. I'm not quite understanding what makes this situation any different. Rockets must not have been thought of when the rule "you cannot kill nearby players who are outside the base" was made. I think we can all create a picture in our heads of a scenario where someone is obviously breaking this rule. Im not going up to every single player near the base and shooting them down 1 by 1. I am simply trying to rocket the base owners, as they are close to the front of the base(by their fading doors). This is when rockets are the most effective option, so I decided to use them. If I felt that I was in the wrong for rocketing the base's props, I wouldn't have done it. I'm not the type to just run around and shoot up the street, I am simply trying to get in the base. I know kexciu and I know how much he farms, I was simply trying to get in and complete the raid.

MY POV I was attempting to raid Kexciu's base. The argument here is that I shouldnt be shooting rockets at a base when many players are nearby. As you can see in the video im shooting rockets at their props. If I show a longer version of the clip, you can see me check to see if theyre in the building. I raided at this time because the base owners were distracted and stood near their props, so I attempted to raid.

You don't even know who we are, don't talk about other people when you don't know what you're talking about. I've been here since 2015 and our server has been reaching max pop every day the past 4 days and you are whining about it? Why would we remove something that is boosting our pop to max and getting us more players. Using alts will not cause an eco reset, as most players don't even have alts. People aren't getting 100s of millions, they are recycling their money into the server. Kind of the whole point of a good economy, ya know? There are many players purchasing permanent weapons and custom classes for other people that will spend their week-long earned millions.

Since we are here now, this was my mistake. I reported Sunday for mass RDM, however during the sit Pacman realized that it was Quantavius. I took a look here earlier and thought, damn this is my fault. Like I said before, Sunday is who I reported but the person at fault was Quantavius. I'm pretty sure pacman noticed this in the sit too, as I remember him mentioning Quantavius' name. This is most definitely mostly my fault as I failed realize my mistake with the report that I had made.

You do not have sufficient evidence for the ban, at the time of the ban, you can't make the ban. There is no excuse for your faulty evidence here. You must collect evidence for the ban, during the time of the offense.

I'm not quite sure how often payroll comes for specific jobs. However I just took a screenshot of onee's current money and he is spartan(I know this job receives payroll). The money is the same as in the picture, as we all know logs clear after a certain amount of time and Onee should know this, as he has staffed other servers. Haven't had any issues in game with him, however this app isn't very good: -Make it longer -Barely beats the 72 hour mark -You say you knew the rules from Garnet #2 but still got a NITRP ban. I suggest you spend some more time understanding the server, and making connections with other community members. (-1)

Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] I believe that I could be a great addition to the staff team. My very first time logging onto Garnet's DarkRP server was way back in 2015. I have spent a lot of time on this server in the past year, and I've watched the community grow. I've probably been in a thousand sits of reporting other players to try and keep the server clean. I have made sure to read through the rules more times than I could count on one hand. There have been numerous situations where someone is breaking the rules and I advise them how to follow the rules, or report them to a sit if it is a more serious case. I would consider myself pretty known amongst the community, and throughout the years I've been active. I was the guy who was in the friend group of the staff team while being a regular player. I would be very active as a staff member so I would be able to deal with reports and rule-breakers regularly. I almost always have one eye in the chat to see what crazy thing the next person can say. I don't take lightly to rule breakers, but I can tell when someone is innocently breaking the rules. I believe that is what staff are here for and it is what I will be best at. Helping people out is one of my major strong points, and dealing with minges or blatant rule-breakers is most certainly one of my strong points. If I were added to the staff team, you would be gaining a charismatic individual who wants the best for the server. I've always done my best to follow the rules, and now it's to the point where it comes naturally. As you can see by my clean slate, I've never been banned and keep a clean reputation. I happen to raid a lot so there may be a few souls who dislike me, but I am just roleplaying. As a staff member I would not bring any bias to any sits, and no grudges would be held against other players. It's common to see me helping out new players throughout the day by doing things like telling them how to go into first person, how to access the job list, how to buy a door, how to make a fading door and keypad work, etc. The previously listed things are just a few of the things I've done in the last day, as a VIP User. I assure that I am hardworking to get to the truth of matters, and am willing to go through the process of becoming staff. I enjoy helping people, it's just who I am. I am open to any criticism and can understand when I am wrong. I am able to look past my own points of view with an open mind to try and understand how another person thinks and feels. I have the maturity to realize the difference between innocent mistakes and intentional issues someone is trying to create.
