I thought it was a bad idea, given what happened last time, but I focused on not breaking any more rules, and I'm hoping this time it all goes well. I could go all out on saying how much I think I've changed, or how much I would do, but just as I said last time: "Words are nothing in front of actions" and thus, I think anyone that has been playing recently can see how I've changed. How I haven't broken a rule since the NLR (I know that's not much, but I'm looking forward to it to be the last time I break a rule) and how I helped some members just entering the GarnetGaming community make their ways to the server, answering some questions when the admins are too busy with their important stuff (sits, bans, etc.). Instead, I found the most interesting community I had ever seen. Filled to the top with a variety of people I got to know on my time so far. I want to become a staff because I'm a fairly reasonable and mature person. I'm up at times mods are offline, sometimes when most PLAYERS are offline. I've seen people breaking every rule in this week only, and I want to help enforce the laws of GarnetGaming in the server, and help the mods with their workload. I have never been staff for a Gmod server or for anything of the sort but would like to try starting here. [minimum 100 words] One of the first servers I've ever played on in Garry's Mod is the Garnet Gaming Military RP server. I have familiarized myself with every rule on the server. The reason I am applying for staff now is because I have had issues while hosting tryouts where there where no staff members online, so either the tryouts get canceled or I had to write the Trainees names down so I can get a moderator to get them their white lists in the morning. Its a huge hassle to have to call am admin over every time I do tryouts so becoming a staff member would help me sufficiently in holding tryouts. In my time being on this server I have seen various times where staff members were limited and no staff members have been on to deal with rulebreakers. Eventually promoted to Head Admin and then took over the server as developer when the owner took a leave of absence. I stayed with this server until it was shut down. I was also a Head Administrator on The Leprechauns Server(sandbox/RP mix) (Shutdown) I was handpicked by the owner due to my skills in conflict resolution and administrative knowledge of Garry's Mod RP systems. How do you plan on benefiting our server? I've enjoyed quite a bit of time on the GarnetGaming DarkRP server and decided to make a switch to MilitaryRP for a change of pace. I've merged myself into the community and found a lot of great friends here. I think I'd be an excellent addition to the staff team, mainly due to my experience as administration and due to my conflict resolution certifications in real life as well. I'm always online when I can be (which is essentially every day) (Very flexible schedule, able to be on when requested/required). I try to integrate myself within the community between both factions (RU and US). In addition, I'm always active on the forums, no matter what time of day. I currently have a large amount of leadership experience, as I have reached leadership positions in all of my jobs. Currently I'm a Security Supervisor running 3 hospitals where I live. I've learned a lot at these places that will definitely benefit my administrative work (if I am selected). I'm certified in Non-Violent Conflict Resolution in real life which specializes in conflict resolution and de-escalation. Another reason why I believe I'd make an excellent addition is because I like to take time to meet new people on the server, be it officers I've never met or new recruits just starting for the first time. I enjoy talking and interacting with them and helping them understand the server rules in a respectful and pleasant manner. Anytime I log on to Garry's Mod, GarnetGaming's MilitaryRP is the first and last server I'm on during every session. In addition, I believe the most important qualities a staff member should have, are; Responsibility, Patience, Professionalism, Leadership, and Excellent communication skills. Adhering to these qualities is and would be my number 1 priority as a staff member, simply because; If you don't respect your peers? Why should they respect you? If you are not professional, you will not be taken seriously. Being a leader is being a role model. If you are unable to communicate effectively, why would anyone bother listening? Only for one mounth i have met a lots of great and kind people and the community of these server is great. MRp just got conquered my heart for only 200 hours periond and i decided to stay here at least fore one year straight. I appreciate the MRp commutity and i want it to stay great and polite. So i desidet to join staff personnel to improve and protect Garnet MRp community from minges, cheaters, racists, toxic and mean people. I believe that togethter we can change a lot. The only thing what we need is patiance, hard work and a desire to make this world a better place. So why wont we start from here, our server? The MRp community is great. I was playing for only 3 factions - 2GA, GRU and Marines but the expirience i got there was "predominantly positive" ( mostly positive). Sometimes i had to expirience a violation of rules when there is no staff to solve it. I want to use my timezone for an opportunity - to be online staff when no one can and solve those problems. I want MRp to become friendliest place possible for new players to arrive. The common problems for videogame, especially the online videogames including RP are toxicity, minge and etc. I believe that its can be changed and Garnet MRp staff are proveing it.
