Past SWRP/GG Leadership: (Non-GG and Non-GG SWRP Leadership may be placed here (GG SWRP Leadership Preferred)) I used to be in the Green Berets under Gary Sanders. I believe I left at 2LT or CWO, can't exactly remember. I also was a  NCOIC in a Arma 3 STARSIM but it sadly died under poor leadership from the company commander.

Why do you wish to join Republic Operations: I wish to join Republic Operations due to the roleplay and interests I have for it. The Coruscant Guard is probably my favorite Star Wars Clone unit other than the 327th Star Corps. Coming back to the MRP scene, I wish to go towards something that peaks my interests, Star Wars is that. I wish to build the faction from the ground up with others and help create a professional group. My leadership skills have been seen on MRP and many other Arma 3 Milsims/Starsims so I wish to bring them here.

What do you feel is the role of Republic Operations: I believe the RepOps is in charge of ensuring all operational duties, administrative duties and base security duties are running and operational with zero problems. The RepOps are in charge of ensuring the daily movements of the fleets and battle group are effective and secure while ensuring the lives of those under their command are safe when around the base. They are also in charge of communications between the two forces.

Why should we choose you over other applicants? Due to my past experiences on MRP and in multiple Arma 3 Milsims/Starsims within command positions etc, I believe I have the leadership skills, creativity, and knowledge to help build RepOps into a respectable and effective faction.

Have you ever been punished on a GarnetGaming Server? (Warns, Bans - even if appealed) Not in the past two years

How much time can you contribute a day? 2-5 hours depending on my work day.

Do you understand that this application being accepted does NOT guarantee your posistion, that an interview may be needed, and your position is subject to SWRP Management Approval/Oversight? Yes

Though you don’t play actively on SWRP, your previous commitment to GG MRP shows you would be willing to commit. I’ll give you a +1. If you do go through, you need to prove your activity on SWRP to more than just me, history is a good indicator, hence the chance I’d be willing to give. I think you could be a fit for the enlisted positions and work up from there. I’ll wait for a few replies.

I'm willing to go on a limb and give you a shot, despite lack of activity - if you do progress as stated before, you will need to prove activity to more than just me. We will sit down with in 48 hours for a brief interview.
