Unfair ban for "Crossed"

What happened? (include any proof):
I was raiding, killed one guy because he was near the base and then tried to rdm someone else (Not sure why I did that to be honest)
Why should your ban be removed?: I didn't mass rdm.

In the clip it clearly shows I only tried to rdm one person.
Even if the first person I killed would be counted as rdm, that still would only be RDM x1 and ARDM x1.

I get a warn, jail, or even a kick but, to ban me from the server for two weeks is just silly.

You adverted raid on a building sign and killed 2 people that were not in the raid area.

You killed 3+ people with no rp reason which is grounds for MRDM

Diego did nothing wrong in the situation.
