I have a vast amount of experience staffing not only in Garry's Mod but also in FiveM, GTA SA:MP and sadly, but years ago in a few Minecraft Servers..... I know, it's sad....  In Garry's Mod I have been staffing since about 2014 - 2015 in DarkRP, TTT and MilitaryRP servers, including servers like:

How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs]:

Currently, I have come back from having an issue with my microphone and now that I have also moved countries I am now in a much more stable place to come back full time to the server. I have been back for about 3 weeks now and wanted to apply for staff so that I can help out much more in the server, as I have always liked to staff in the servers that I like playing in and in which I spend most of my time when playing, as well as it would give me the opportunity like back in 2015 - 2016 to start helping out again as a Staff Member.

I have always been a very active member in the community everytime that I pop back in and stay for a while, so I can be active during the night and help out with sits and moderation. Most of my help to the server would come from my experience in Staffing and my activity after I get home from work, I would be happy to be accepted for a second time and be able to help the server for as long as I can this run. Another thing that I can bring into the Staff Team, even though it is not a duty, nor is it required in any way from a staff member, is that I like to take the time to help and teach new players about the rules and what they can't and can do, as even the past times that I have been an 0-10 | General, I've always liked to take the time to sometimes train recruits and showing them the ropes and what not, as well as when I was staff sometimes instead of warning new players who were actually interested in learning the ways of the server, I'd take the time to talk to them and show them the ropes.

No, I have never been banned from MilitaryRP, I have been warned though.

Have you made any previous applications, If so when?:

Yes, two different times, one in 2016 - 2017 and it got accepted and one last year in August and got Denied.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?:

I can contribute about 5 - 6 hours per day, after I get home from work at around 5 PM EST.
