What happened? (include any proof): 

ok so when i was mugging a person called James Charelz i was right behind him and i waited 10 seconds before i shot which i did right. He reported me and said i didn't make him "aware" but how am i suppose to make him aware, am i gonna say it out loud no. its the same thing as if a person without a mic wanted to mug. i was not going to get in front of him because there is things in the way, and also he states i wasent near him but if you look at the video when i adverted mug he cant even see pass the chair he is on, how is he going to see me? when i mug someone i get up to them advert mug then back off a little so i can watch to see if he pulls out a gun or runs away just to be prepared

Why should your warn be removed?: I have never gotten warned for this i think what i did was not wrong

Hey Fisted so this warn appeal will not be accepted unless you use the correct format and yes that is the video he provided.

 

EDIT : Alright here is my perspective on what happend when I was in the sit, here is the evidence provided https://streamable.com/mopnv0 , also it is listed in the rules that Your target must be aware they are being mugged. Under the Mugging Rules.  And from the recording given I do not see a moment when the target was aware of such a thing. You also have a mic as you used it during the sit. You could have avoided all this by using it, but you opted not ,knowing there were many people around him. I find this to be more of a "revenge rdm." As you can see in the clip, you were previously jailed for RDM'ing James

well it would be the same way if someone dident have a mic to speak with

The rules regarding mugging  clearly state that "Your target must be aware they are being mugged." 

In the video you can clearly see you have made 0 efforts to try to alert him of the mug, you were not even in his line of sight. 

Couple ways to make him aware that he is being mugged if you didn't wanna use your mic ; be in his line of sight, shoot the ground, type in chat, etc etc .

@Beast has done nothing wrong in this situation, and the warn will stay.
