Jake 933 Posted February 2, 2021 Share Posted February 2, 2021 This is meant to summarize and give notice to changes made in the Staff Meeting. New rules and regulations will be in bold and green. SUMMARY: Leadership: Staff were reminded that they have proven themselves capable players by becoming staff, they should and need to extend this to working with people in game to provide players with something to do. Operations: Staff were asked to hold as many mini-events or "Operations" as possible to try and usually have something running for the players to partake in. After staff-promotions, we should be seeing a lot more people with access to GM allowing more proper events to take place. War and the OBJ: Pointless K/D buffing basecamping has been an issue for a while, staff were told to keep to the OBJ themselves and keep other forces on the OBJ for the sake of gameplay. War leading: War leads have ultimate power inside of war, if they tell you to stay on the OBJ then you must do so. War leads are going to be encouraged to keep people on point as much as possible. Applications: Quickly explained the process of staff Apps, how to use +1's, -1's, reactions and referrals correctly. Discussion: Open discussion about server health, faction health, 2GA's health in particular. Nothing regarding legislation came of this, just a chat about what possible could be done down the line. 2 Link to comment
