Ok so we were being raided by a helicopter by US, and we were Russian, I was so confused what was going on I  thought It was a event of some sort until everyone started shooting at it, someone then told me in TeamSpeak that we were being raided, so o also started shooting at the helicopter, we managed to kill of them, BUT 3 Min later another helicopter comes by again, and I thought we were being raided again, so I supposed we were supposed to shoot the helicopter since everyone was shooting at the one that came earlier. So I killed 4 people in the helicopter but then someone in TS said that they hadn't adverted raid, and I had no idea that they had to advert Raid, so I got instantly banned. I understand this probably wont get appealed but hopefully it can due to that I didn't know they had to advert Raid.

Sounds like non-malicious mass. You'll probably get your ban lowered unless @Python has some damning evidence against you

yeah I understand I did commit MRDM, although I was totally Unaware that they had to advert Raid to raid us, I hope my ban can be reduced, but if Not, then no worries I totally understand

I say lower the ban time to non malicious. Sounds like you are just still not quite aware of all the rules, and need to be informed properly so this doesn't happen again. Good luck!

Usually I let these sit for a little but there is no reason to do so here, your ban was on the 15th which is already double the ban you were supposed to recieve, your ban will be uplifted the next time I am on.
