I was told by an admin (joe gatto) to report this here since it was resolved in a way that  I don't see is fair (warned) when it was clearly mass nlr

The  told him to bring this to the forums because I did not believe a ban was warranted to this situation. Ba11parkfrank and Shin were messing around and hitting each other with bricks and as you can see in the video Ba11parkfrank did come back 3 times, but I dont believe it was in a malicious intent. Ba11parkfrank was not raiding and was not interfering with Youngboob - this is the only reason why I was hesitant with banning ba11parkfrank, and I wanted to get shin's side of things.

Shin was actually apart of this situation we had been messing around with each other when hitting each other with the brick he purposely ran into youngboob's base and I followed yes this resulted him killing me and we continued to mess around. Yes Shin ran into the base several times which meant I ran into the base as well. The rules broken is NLR but the intent and the situation isn't fair to ban me especially after two admin sits saying a ban is not needed. He decides to report me after 10 hours. This is my side of the situation.

As for the NLR sure it was wrong to come back, it was litterally to kill Shin. Personally I feel like you two should avoid each other in each and every way possible, you also asked for my opinion in game and I gave you the explanation that from a staffs pov this is non malicious and is numerous hours later from when you made the report.

I was wrong. Right at the end of the video you can see Ba11parkfrank raid. I did not realize this at the time of the report.

As to give my side, since I am mentioned, at the time I was basing with this guy and ballparkfrank kept killling/rdming me, which I was perfectly fine with, and at the time as far as I knew after specifically talking with @kyler730 he was fine with it as well. However, as for the raid ballpark did after I was not involved with whatsoever.

For those who are wondering if I also broke NLR, no I did not as ballparkfrank was technically rdming me (as I would not damage him until he damaged me for legitimate rp reason) HOWEVER THESE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH @kyler730 report other than why I was coming back myself, and as such I do not want to see him getting in trouble for killing me. I was perfectly fine with all the times he killed me, so even if he gets in trouble for nlr, do not hold him accountable for rdm on me as well, as that would not only be an entirely different report, but I was perfectly fine with it as well.

I will not touch this report due to possible bias, however this is why Kyler is probably not reporting me as well, it is due to the fact I was not breaking nlr.

@kyler730 we talked after, right before he raided and you didn't seem to have too much of a issue with it. HOWEVER, I could of read the situation wrong. I know you were fine with me (you wouldn't of let me in anyways otherwise.)

Again, it is not my place in this appeal to make any sort of decision, I was just explaining my side from what I saw.
