What happened? (include any proof): Me and my friend/clan member were joking around in ooc, and I said something to my friend, and Joe warned me for diss in ooc.  My friend took no offense to it and Joe didn't even ask him if he was offended by what I said. 
Why should your warn be removed?:  Because I was warned falsely and my friend took no offense to what I said.

People talk crap in ooc to each other all the time for fun.  Its not like we were spamming chat or anything.  Ckrip was not offended and it was just for fun.  You could have gave me a warning to stop in ooc, and after I said that we stopped anyway.
