What happened? (include any proof): I was next to the training room while someone was being trained. Then a Minge how was mic spamming ear rape.  The DI said to keep kiling him so that he could train the person who wanted to play. So I kept killing him so the ear rape would stop. Then he reported me for mass and the admin for some reason took the Minges side.
Why should your ban be removed?: The person was a Minge who had no intention to get trained. The admin said it was mass RDM to help a fellow sergeant. I hope that I can get unbanned for this

Well it was mass. You could've reported the guy for mic spam or asked staff to mute his voice.

Well, the DS would be in the wrong with saying you can kill him. Like Salmon said, it was mass and you could have reported him. I can see this going down to a non malicious mass or accidental mass (don't quote me on it, just a T.Mod). Good luck man.

Honestly, I believe this should be a non-malicious mass, since it's not like he shot up army in DB and was directly misinformed by a DS (someone get his name). Similar to Melo's ban a month ago Melos Ban Appeal - Accepted - Garnet Gaming. 

I guess this can be considered a +1 for a reduction for non-malicious, however long that is (not sure if it's 2 or 3 days).
