I mean I got there late so I mean I'll give some input on what was going on. I don't know if he just killed the wrong person and he got reported but this guy had his kid in the mic and was rdm'ing random people the guy in this appeal was also killing people but it wasn't like in a massive spree of randoms and just trying to cause a frantic scene. In the image proved by Fetn it does show him killing multiple randoms so I don't know what happened outside of that but since I was mentioned in this appeal I'll give my take on it.

 

The image shows him massing, some certain people were killed multiple times, and there are some random names in there, I don't know what his intentions were or if he was just fooling, but the evidence is there and it's up to who ever takes this report.
