What happened? (include any proof): Micspamming as hobo, i saw some funny business near spawn. I went to goof around and was warned for a sit that apparently was in progress. The floating man did not inform me that a sit was currently taking place, and was not pleased with my behavior. I was warned for being stinky.
Why should your warn be removed?: The floating man never announced a sit was in progress, warned me for being a stinky hobo. Not nice.

Okay, I was dealing with a Spawn Prop Block (While staff on duty), the video below will show you shooting me to not only disturb my sit of someone being Racist and PB Spawn but to clearly ruin the logs. You can see in the video that I am clearly in a active sit.

It wouldn't be the first time a new staff member has warned without a sit being active, how was i to know what took place in the first 40 seconds of that clip?

You only told me it was an active sit after you had warned me. Not nice.
