HI I was playing around around 5:00 which is the same time as this hour, the guy who was admin at the time was some dude called xfish 2? 
and this guy who was playing as a hitman, RDM'd some dude in front of me and group of people. thinking it would be funny I mugged him, I counted the seconds and then shot him and killed him, then he actually has the whit to report me for RDM and rushes the admin while we're in sit, he checks and im off by 2 seconds and gives me a warn. even though the guy said it was fine if i got a verbal. (I have video) I get the 2 seconds thing but seriously? no ones going to count perfectly everytime, i've been playing this server for around a month and this is genuinely one of the worst sits ive been in.

Responding to this because I'm nice and don't feel like waiting for him to fix it.
You actually only waited 6 seconds, I misscounted in the sit but heres the sit if you'd like to see it, as well as logs showing the times matching up for the mug

You didn't wait the full 10 seconds which still counts as RDM. 
Next time I would recommend filling out the format for an appeal correctly and counting the seconds slowly to avoid this situation in the future.
