So since I couldn't explain myself to the admin because he was so quick to ban me, I will explain my self here to someone who I hope is a little smarter and understanding unlike the staff member that I dealt with. Here is what happened: I am a hit man, I was killing people. But this one guy got mad and kept coming back with his gun and shooting me. I continued to kill him every time because I had good perks and he was bad. I always made sure he shot me first so I knew it was OK to kill him because I did not want to RDM. He broke NLR like 5 times and came back and shot at me and I always managed to kill him. Now, I did RDM him 1 time in spawn which I admitted to the admin and I was willing to take the warn. However, the staff member got confused and thought I was constantly killing him over 7 times for no RP reason (RDM), but that is not true. If he only listened to me and checked the logs, he would have saw that the guy was breaking NLR and shooting at me first, but this staff member did not take that time and ran with this false narrative that I was "mass" RDMing , which just isn't true. It was clear to me this staff member was confused and I tried to explain the situation but he did not care to listen and instantly banned me for something I did not did; mass rdm.

Why should your ban be removed?:

I believe my ban should be removed because I did not mass RDM. I am lvl 52 on this server and I know the rules. Yes I RDM him once in spawn in which I was willing to take a warn for my mistake, but not a two week ban by a confused staff member. I know next time I will try to be more clear with the staff member and I apologize for killing the guy once for a non-RP reason in which I take full responsibility for. I hope this makes more sense I hope you see it in you to lift the ban!~ thank you.

Hey Fairy, I actually really appreciate the respectful tone in this appeal.

You did admit to the rdm on the reportee, during the sit another report came in as well on you and I checked logs. The first thing I noticed was the kill logs: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2631097837
unfortunately there were 10 kills in the log, 7 of them being in the last 3 mins. I did try to explain when you rebuttaled with "I didn't kill him that many times" that there were still 5 others (excluding the RDM on me personally) that still had no explanation. one staff member took the other aforementioned sit and teleported us into their roof. a little bit of rhetoric started happening and the argument was (my apologies) going nowhere in my opinion as i tried to repeat my inquiry about the other kills.
