What happened? (include any proof): 

Why should your ban be removed?: We had claimed the US jail for 11B and we were doing some RP to kill time between wars I was the president and we were trying to interrogate an “alleged afghan” spy I told him I was gonna blow him up sneezed and miskicked my mouse it was a simple mistake that wont happen again but at the end of the day there was no ill will and all of the guys were laughing and no RP experiences were ruined.

Might I add, I was also there in the jail cells and died "11B DS MSG Hxoyn".  Jail cells were in fact claimed, but horse claimed them for 11A not 11B. Revos was handcuffed to the wall for about 10 minutes and was asking us to untie him because he "had a grenade". He eventually got let out of cuffs and we definitely found out that he had a grenade. Mass of about 6 players, I was having fun in the jail cells while not being blown up...

The clip clearly shows you holding out the grenade, based on the evidence I do not believe this was a accident. Even if it was
next time dont hold out grenades for no reason.
