What happened? (include any proof): Player/S.Mod "Daddy" was raiding my base, I killed him with Nerve Gas. (Just bought yesterday b.t.w) I was reported, and Danny proceeded to tell me I cannot use explosives, or Nerve gas to defend a raid. I told him to show me in the rules, which I have read them all many times where it says I cannot use nerve gas to defend a raid. Toddd says to Danny we need video proof to warn/jail me for using nerve gas. To which I told him, I definitely used it and to show me in the rules where it says I am not allowed to.  He says there you go Danny he admitted it and flew away. I continued to ask Danny to show me in the rules where it says I cant, he said "Cant warn" in OOC, then Todd comes over saying "it's a known rule if you want to cry about it take it to the forums". Then leaves again. I then get jailed for 4 minutes by Danny, and he told me to take it to the forums if I had a problem.

 

So once again, I'm asking where is this rule, and if it is a rule why is it not displayed on the rules in F4 where all players can read it, because I'm not a big forums guy at all, you can tell by my profile. In 4 years since the new forums I've made one thread and that was to get my VIP back after server reset. What doesn't make sense to me is raiders can use Nerve Gas, and RPGS that go right through buildings to kill me while raiding me, but I'm unable to do so? It's not like I needed to use it, I couldve killed him in 2 seconds with my gun. I just got it and wanted to try it out a bit. I also dont appreciate an at max 13 year old lead admin telling me to go cry on the forums as if I'm an ass for being mad for being punished for a rule that's not even displayed.

Absolutely ridiculous for a Lead Admin who just got the rank 3 days ago to act like this to a player, you are supposed to be the example Toddd. That rule is bullshit as well, you are allowed to use explosives to defend your base as long as you don't kill anyone outside your base or who hasn't damaged you. I don't care what the situation is, even if Todd was right about the rule he shouldn't be talking to you like that in OOC about a sit.

Danny will be talked to, but the majority of the blame falls on Toddd and he will be receiving a 1 rank demotion for his behavior. He has proven he is not ready to be an executive.

To clarify on the rule however, explosives ARE okay however it has to be possible to fight back with a gun, you can't just throw them and give them no chance to fight back. If they have 0 chance to fight back with only a gun that is considered a unfair advantage which is against our rules.
