I think my warn should be removed

What happened? (include any proof): I adverted raid instead of counter and killed a person who was also raiding. there's no rule that says you HAVE to advert counter if someones already raiding the same base.
Why should your warn be removed?: In the past I've had a similar case to this and I was told it's fine to advert raid. and if someones already raiding you can kill them. If I'm wrong then I'm sorry but I don't see a rule specifically saying you can't advert raid if someones already raiding.

also shows he has other Warnings and why he got kicked for Acceding the Warn Threshold.

EDIT: also has Ban POs as well with the Warn POs

I feel that you showing my past warns isn't relevant to this report.

All you did was raid a building and kill everyone in there, it doesnt matter if you killed someone who was raiding before you. You can advert raid and kill those people anyways while making a raid for yourself.

I have already spoken to Henderson about this rule and  I'm sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused

Please contact a manager in game to get your warn removed.
