only two staff on was in the same base. not to mention biest rule states we are not allowed to handle our own sits if we are in the same party or base together.

First of all, staff can handle their own reports only if no other staff is online. We trust you to be impartial, and we trust the player base to report if otherwise.

There is no evidence of NLR, 

I have spoken with Henderson, and talked in length about his actions,

He will receive a punishment, the severity pending a Managers decision
