    Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] Let me begin with why I want to be on the staff team. I want to be a member of the staff team because, It has always seemed like an honor to work with the great people of the staff team. I would like the position because it will prove that 'm not just a minge it will prove I have the skills necessary to help. Lastly, I would love the position because I can help late nights when I'm on because I either play really early or really late so, I can help with the stuff that happens at that time. I wanted to join mainly because the people on the staff team are great people they are people I would love to work with if I were to go back to MRP I wouldn't get to work with the people I like I would have to work with people I left on a bad note with and people in the MRP community don't care if you've changed they will bring up stuff you did almost a year ago. I wanted to join the staff team because It could redeem my MRP days when I had Phys gunned a person once. I want to join staff because I could truly help the community because from what I've heard is at least on SWRP you have a voice that will be heard and not shaken off. I know I'm not the smartest person, I know I've done stupid things, I know I have caused problems but, I have changed I will help more than hurt this time around. I want this position because, as most may know I minge, this position can prove that I'm not just a minge I'm someone who can help to.
          So now lets begin with the why I should be staff portion. I should be staff because I have previous experience because, on MRP as a GM you would do more sits and bans then actual events because either people didn't want to do RP events or they would ask for like KOTH events, I should be staff for these reasons as I was more like a staff member on MRP than a GM. I would like to be staff because it has always seemed fun to once I become a certain rank GM a little bit if needed which in quite a bit of situations could help with some prior experience with that. I should be staff because my prior skills of being a discord manager which, I have proof of, and being a GM can work together and I can show my authority and help others in need. I'm a person willing to help people that have problems like if someone is being harassed I will be the first to respond because that is not something you should do. I've heard how their team is doing I heard its doing fairly good and I've seen how it is, but I can bring something new to the team which is being able to tell when something is wrong you can ask my current XO I had hit a Jedi with the IFT-X Cannon and he told me to get out I knew what that meant instantly like I didn't want to continue the event anymore because I knew I was gonna be removed from KC.  I don't judge so I will never tell someone I don't like that a good Idea is bad.
           Now we will go onto some of the past things I have done. I have been a Captain of my JV Valorant team for 2 years now so I am responsible enough to be trusted with thing like that. I have been an Officer 3 times in MRP. I have been a GM. I have been staff on 3 discord servers an Admin, A Manager, and a mod. I have been an MP officer 1LT on a server that I shall not name. Now we will go into some aspects of why I should be staff again. I have the experience needed for this position I can help new staff members once I'm trained get used to being staff. I can call out when I've done something I shouldn't  and I will report what I did to the higher up, you can ask Komrk. I have had many challenges on the way but, hopefully  I can get this position to help out in the best way I can.
    Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details Yes I was banned on MRP twice once was intentional the other was accidental. I have been punished as a GM also for Phys gunning someone I have come to terms that people don't Trust me because of that fact. I have changed since almost a year ago now. Hopefully I can be trusted as a staff member and a community member now. The two bans were both for MRDM which one wasn't my fault I had thrown a grenade and no one backed away. The other I was a CPL and like a week in and switched to the RU side and killed a bunch of them.
    Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Yes 4 of them and you can see how I've grown from then to now. The one posted May 1st was originally posted in Shitpost Central because I had given up on becoming staff now over anything I just wish to help as best as I can.

    How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Not as much as most other staff members but enough to help the community out. I can play everyday every other week until around 3PM-10 PM or sometimes because school is ending 3PM -12 AM or even because of summer from 8 AM - 12 AM. 
    If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod? Yes basketball, esports, choir, and band

Honestly from experiences with you in game I just don't think you're ready to be apart of the Mod Team. That being said, if you improve your behavior I'll gladly change my vote! But for now, its a -1 from me dawg

Yeah, Like the conversation I had with you the other day I'm trying to change the way I am and I have slowly been getting there but, I believe I am ready for this!!!

Yeah I can agree after what happened while on Jedi but it was low pop and I was messing around but like I do truly believe I can change in a good way

As I see it, you keep saying you're going to change but it doesn't change at all. On top of that, You have over 500 hours in SWRP and about the same in MRP, So you should know the rules and follow them the same way everyone else does.
