What happened? (include any proof): Poked reportee with knife, reportee claimed that I was somehow interrupting a sit. The sit in question was the Admin telling someone to delete a prop in a base. There's no way that the admin being poked would interrupt the sit in any way, and yet said admin claimed that it was interrupting.  I find it quite senseless that an admin would punish someone for something that had, in no way, any disruption or interruption to the topic of the sit at hand.

You knew exactly what you were doing, he asked you to stop multiple times and you just kept going. 

And yes stabbing a staff member in  active sit, which you were aware of is interrupting a sit.

Skill arts was just doing his job.
