GarnetGaming DarkRP - Division Information

The general purpose of the DarkRP Division System is to separate power, responsibility, and workload more evenly within the team, and cater to each specific persons' unique abilities and experience. The division system allows for staff members to contribute where they will be most effective, to deliver a consistent and high quality experience to our players at all times and in all areas. Divisions can be joined at specific ranks by completing the training process with the  Supervisors or Directors of each division. This document will cover the minimum rank to join divisions, general expectations, the training process, and the impact that each division has on the overall functionality and performance of our Staff Team.
Each division will have a staff member assigned as the Director, and other members assigned as supervisors. Lead Admins will function as supervisors for every division, and can stand in wherever needed. Division Directors will cycle out based on performance, and will work directly with the Management Team to ensure a consistent quality across all division functions.

Disclaimer: Division Directors can decline training to any person for any reason, if you feel you are being declined to join a division for any reason that is unfair or unjust, please contact a member of Management.
