What happened? (include any proof):  I was mugged by a group of 4, they verbally mugged me without placing an advert. I had no guns at the time as i was messing around with covid spreader. They killed me and I swapped to a class with a load of guns. I mind my business until I happen to run into them again, and they do the same thing only this time I blast all 4 of them with ease, and they instantly break NLR so I blast them again. 1 breaks NLR for a 3rd time to say some unsavory things about me and my mother so I blast him again. Theses guys are all level 1-8 and when we are in an admin sit they just said that they never even mugged me and that i was just straight up mass rdming for absolutely no reason whatsoever in the first place because they found out that I couldn't clip it because my hdd ran out of storage space so no clips. They refused to clip themselves and show that I mass rdmed them without ever being mugged which is purely false. Me and my friends didnt drop $300+ just to go and MRDM for no reason.
Why should your ban be removed?: I feel like it was somewhat unfair based on what actually happened, but I didnt have a clip so i was boned, especially since they dont want to show their clips since it would hurt their case, And I know better than to purposefully get banned on a server that just spent $300 on.

Hi there Baller, 

I wouldn't normally respond for bans I have put through on behalf of other staff members but I'm doing so as not only have you DM'd me with a link to this, but also I was tagged by an ex-staff member in the offence-links section of our discord, so I'm just making sure this can get settled by the correct parties involved.

Just to avoid any further confusion, the staff member who requested this ban is @Tax_Collector and their name is added to the end of the 'reason' as you can see in the image below. I put this ban through on their behalf after they requested it through the staff chat in-game, as they aren't able to ban at their current rank. Just for future reference, you are able to check the details of any ban by searching Steam ID's at the following link, just in case you ever need to check in the future https://garnetgaming.net/darkrp/bans/

I have tagged Tax Collector here and in the GG Staff Discord, so they will respond to this appeal as soon as they are free. I hope this helps

Is tax collector going to respond anytime soon? I checked many other appeals and they all receive responses within 3-6 hours at worst.  I'm sure he is just busy IRL considering it is now Monday and he might be working, so if that is the case then just disregard this. But if he is online please give him a nudge.

I would like to apologize for the ban, as I had misread log times and thought that the time for the advert "raid", placed by a member of the group that reported you, was the time for the first time you killed them. I am sincerely sorry for this ban and I will do my best to be more careful next time I place a ban request. This was a false ban and again, I do apologize for it.
