What happened? (include any proof): I was at shipment and killed 2 Americans with guns out, and I was banned automatically, no sit
Why should your ban be removed?: My ban should be removed because I really enjoy playing on this server and It was unfair I was not given a sit.

What you did was invalid but was handled wrongly by the banning staff member. We agree that there should have been a sit due to the possibility of a misunderstanding of the ROE. While you can kill US as a tali basically whenever, you have killed 2 and damaged a third on a US claim. "AFG KOS any US outside of base and not in a claimed area/base."  because the staff member didn't have proof of them telling you were on their claim, this will be brought down from a 2 week mass to a 2 day non malicious ban.
