What happened? (include any proof): Bluey decided to take my ticket and procceded to negate the fact that this player was harassing me and trolling me ingame to the point I had to stun stick him to get away and stop blocking the door and then had to arrest him when trying to leave the doors open for the prisoners. In the sit he proved that he was harassing and Bluey turned very immature and starting acting like a troll when he said he was gonna jail me and the senior admin Rosie told him to give me a verbal I just want him to learn that he has to respect and earn his rank and not abuse it and think he can be power hungry over players just trying to enjoy RP. 

He also decided to log off right after he jailed me and said "take it to the fourms kid I dont care bruh"

When I took your ticket Axis said that you false wanted him and STA him and I was asking you about it and the only thing you said was I have a clip. I wanted to hear your side of the story but the whole time you were being rude to me and just disregarding everything I said. I view the clip and explain to you that you did STA him and you were claiming its because he was closing the door where it clearly shows that he wasn't touching the door since he was typing you even then arrest him for no apparent reason either, I ask you why you arrested him and what law he broke but you only seemed to get more upset . You kept asking for a higher up so I brought Rosie in and even she said that you broke the rules the only thing she explained was the harassment situation which there was no proof of. she recommended a verbal but I felt that a 4 minute jail for  a player that broke two rules  would be  an appropriate punishment to issue. also in the last clip my mic was really actin out but I was basically saying "wait you're going on the forums? why are you going on the forums". also you said that I said "take it to the forums kid I don't care bruh" which is not true because I never said that.  in the sit I was as professional as possible I wasn't showing any disrespect, I issued the punishment I thought was best for the situation.

Bluey did nothing wrong in this scenario. You falsely arrested a player, and the only evidence you provided of said "harassment" was a clip of said player opening a door several times, which is not enough to constitute harassment.
