What happened? (include any proof): I got banned for mass prop spam and I have a high feeling the ban was Wrongfully handled. This Person who got accepted pretty much sums up my case. He acted without talking/tping/freezing nothing just banned, while another staff was holding me to get rid of it and while i was doing so to clean everything up i got hit with the ban.

Why should your ban be removed?: My ban should be removed and if not at least shortened since this was wrongfully handled and it was not even up for more them 10-15 sec max and was already getting handled with another staff i think ChrisRid could of taken this problem more in hand and tping me to him or him tping to me so he can tell me to stop or delete it before just out of the blue banning me without a report since his words " its not a emergency situation" They were also no collide and other people can prove and agree with that as well.

Hi Tim,

I'd like to start by addressing your accusations of bias, because such an accusation should be taken very seriously. I treat people the same regardless of whether they are a good friend or someone I'm not so fond of, and actually in this case we used to get on very well and I've spent a lot of time in the past with you, so for me to go ahead and ban you for something shows the complete opposite of bias, because it proves I will treat you the same as someone I don't get on with. The point you're making which I have been very open about, is that I will give more leniency to new players because there are a lot of rules on the server and I appreciate that they may not understand things, so yes as I said in the quote, I'd be happy to give a new player the benefit of the doubt in a lot of scenarios in order to help them improve. Players like me and you on the other hand know the rules very well, in fact you probably have 3x the number of hours I do on this server, so you are expected to know better than someone who's just joined. Bias has no place on the server, and I always make sure to apply the rules in a fair and appropriate manor.

Continuing on to the reason I banned you, I returned to my computer having been AFK for a period of time, and on returning I saw that lots of the largest square plastic plates had been spammed throughout the streets in every direction, completely littering the map as far as I could see. When I looked at who the prop owner was, I was genuinely surprised to learn it was you who had spammed them everywhere. There were no active reports, and given that it was early morning, there weren't many players or staff members online. I believe that you had taken advantage of a low staff count in order to spam props everywhere without consequence, and as a player with many times more hours than even myself, you knew you were breaking the rules which you don't deny, and so I banned you on the spot for 2 weeks for Mass Prop Spam. I'd like to point out that it must have taken you some time to spawn in all of the props, baring in mind they went on further than I explored, so saying they were only down for 10-15 seconds is quite obviously not true, it took me about the same time to check your ID and type out the ban while all of the props remained in front of me.
