Hello, after a successful PD raid while playing as a Spartan I ran into the PD and placed down a KOS sign above the doors inside of the lobby. After placing my kos sign I became mayor, immediately after leaving my office I ran a lottery and  was approached by staff member WohMi inside of the PD, I killed him as he was past the KOS sign and was then pulled into a sit. The next 20 minutes was the most unreal experience I had ever had on Garnet. MULTIPLE times I was questioned about having proof of a KOS sign, every time I brought up the fact that I wasn't the one making the accusations and I did not need the proof I was told I was wrong (I don't use OBS anymore). After about 10 minutes of back and forth telling WohMi and WeefPeef I did not need proof and that the KOS sign had been deleted because I wasn't intending on roleplaying as mayor anymore WohMi commited suicide in the sit ran back to PD and took a screenshot and TP abused back to the sit showing no KOS sign that I had already informed both were deleted. I then questioned WohMi with the exact phrase, "so if i have a base with a KOS sign and I kill you and then decide to delete my base after the fact it is rdm?" To which he replied an astounding "Yes I think so". I was so baffled by this response, meanwhile Weef Peef had attempted to break up the arguing saying that there was insufficient proof but WohMi took control of the sit and kept it going (it had been more than 10 minutes at this point). WohMi then after keeping us there and doing a deep dive of the rules copied and pasted that KOS signs must be on the exterior of the base or else they are invalid. I had mine on the inside of the PD prior to the actual interior of the PD. I was then told my KOS sign was invalid and I would be getting jailed for RDM, I said whatever and then the arguing continued. I became so aggravated that I said I don't care anymore and killed WohMi in the sit. I'll admit to it, 15 minutes of my play time was vanished because of an RDM report that the handling staff tried to resolve but the accuser kept going. After WohMi's death he teleported back to the sit and informed Weef Peef he wanted me banned for NITRP because I had also said the phrase "I don't need evidence you are the accuser goober" which I was told was Diss in Sit. However I feel this was a pitiful attempt by WohMi to flex his VIP Mod status and have me banned because I had annoyed him. At that point I let nature take it's course and was banned for 4 days. 

Why do I feel that I should be unbanned?

I feel I should be unbanned because the guiding staff of the sit (Weef Peef) had no control whatsoever, the sit was completely hijacked by the accuser who was also another staff member, Weef Peef had said several times "okay let's stop with the back and forth there is insufficient evidence" On top of that, WohMi purposefully did everything in his power not only to upset me but also took the phrase goober as a diss when in reality he just wanted me banned. Even as a former staff member I would have never done that, I could've said any swear word in the book but I said the word GOOBER. It was just a nail in the coffin to ban someone who annoyed him. Even if I'm not unbanned I would like the staff members involved to be spoken to, during the sit I experienced many times where I could smell favoritism from a mile away, I could guarantee you that if WohMi was not staff this RDM report would not have taken 20 minutes.

Hi, reporter here.

 

TLDR: You think that despite you admitting to breaking 3 rules (RDM based off of unproper KOS sign (which may or may not have ever even existed), RDMing me in a sit, then diss in sit), you deserve to be unbanned because I (a VIP mod) "hijacked" (provided evidence) a sit from a higher-up (a Mod).

 

Where does the ban appeal say that you didn't commit any of the rule-breaking? Nowhere. Being honest, this whole post is incredibly immature and stems off of your incredibly immature behavior in-game. LYING about having a Kos sign, only for you to trip on on your own lie and claim that it was on the inside of your building, then try to say that somehow the inside of your building should count as the exterior "because it was open to the public" is so incredibly manipulative, it honestly surprises me that you were ever staff on this server. Reporting you for diss in sit wouldn't have even crossed my mind if your behavior of spamming throughout the sit, as well being generally untruthful and the RDM-in-sit didn't push me to it.

Let's go over a couple things that I found particularly interesting in this appeal.

I would not have wanted you banned if you did not repeatedly insult both mine and Weef Peef's intelligence. I don't talk to you regularly, I don't know you, and I don't care to after this. I was mildly annoyed by you RDMing me in PD when you had no KOS sign up. You turned the sit into the ban by lying, spamming, insulting, and rdming me in a sit. You have no one to blame for this but yourself.

I think the funniest part about this claim is that I, not ONCE, ever mentioned my VIP Mod status in the sit. You, however, mentioned multiple times that you were an ex-manager, and you even did it in this appeal! I don't get off on power trips flexxing my lowest-grade staff rank, especially to people who used to/currently outrank me.

The dive wasn't deep at all. It's the first line under building & basing rules. I'm honestly astonished that you didn't remember or know this.

This is a blatant and obvious lie. If you were told that you would be getting jailed for RDM, then why would the arguing keep going? You would've been jailed, and that would've been that. Nothing left to argue about, No, what I remember is you saying "You might as well warn me for this as well, then" before killing me in a sit.

This is a question for Weef Peef, but I personally would've fought just as hard for these results, no matter if I was user, VIP, VIP Mod, or anything else. 

Overall, this ban appeal is honestly one of the most immature I have seen in quite a while. I may be a bit biased in saying so, considering more than half of it is belittling me, but I feel this is an absolute joke. You express no remorse throughout this entire ban appeal, instead choosing to blame your ineptitude and unsportsmanship on others instead of accepting wrongdoing propelled this from a simple RDM report to you being banned for 4 days. Your whole argument throughout this ban appeal is re-narrating the sit in question (with quite a bit of Author Bias) before placing the blame solely on me, despite admitting to all of the things you were banned for.

I find it interesting how you are still holding up this narrative that the KOS sign never existed when I was punished because it did. The entire sit was you trying to prove that I didn't have a KOS sign with improper evidence such as a screenshot after the sign had already been deleted and you were made aware of that

Weef Peef had said multiple times there was insufficient evidence.

Weef teleported me. You continuing to lie in order to get me punished is so incredibly petty, then again, I'm not even surprised, considering the sit was continued off of your lie.

When you returned to the sit I asked you why did you just TP abuse and you said "I could've had Weef tp me" I responded with "You should've" and then was ignored, a little late to cover yourself there...
