What happened? (include any proof): I was playing with my friends and we were killing each other. While we were killing each other, people came into contact with us that we might of shot on accident. I shot people that were mad at us because I feared for my life. So this made people upset and they weren't happy with me. It also doesn't say on any ban thing the reason I got banned, so I'm not sure.
Why should your ban be removed?: I don't think I should of killed those people, so I apologize. I understand that I shouldn't kill innocent people and I am sorry to those that I did kill. I have learned what I did was wrong, and it wont happen again.

I've spoken with Laiton, who has confirmed that they did not properly archive the proof from the admin sit in-game; While this does not mean you didn't break the rules, in accordance to the technicality that we must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you violated the server rules, your ban will be revoked.

Be advised that killing your friend, (with consent or otherwise,) without a valid roleplay based reason is still considered RDM. "Fearing for your life" is also not a valid reason to kill another player.
All roleplay scenarios and appropriate reasons to kill another player can be found in the DarkRP Rules.

Yes, he admitted he killed players without a reason but I can't prove number or validity enough to sustain the punishment. ;-; dont hurt me
