What happened? (Include any proof): Me and the Talis kidnapped a US and was going to negotiate with the US for his safety. Right before we were going to hand him back to the US. I asked is it ok if we kill the US we didn't know if
we were allowed to or not but then we realized we can so right when they showed up I ran at them with a bomb and killed 6 US and 4 tails were caught in the explosion but did not care and said its fine then I get banned for MRDM once they banned me draxx came in and said he was banned for MRDM because he killed 4 Tali even tho they were cool with it because it was an accident then the Tails who were killed and some 55th members started saying free teddy because I got banned the staff members response to this was you guys are favoriting even tho the tails who were accidentally killed by me said he didn't mean too.

Why should your ban be removed? The 4 Talis were cool with it because it was an accident, and I didn't know it had a big blast radius and because it was an accident, and no one there knows the radius they said it was fine I did explain this in OOC, but I was ignored by the staff members. the Tails who were killed and some 55th members started saying free teddy because I got banned the staff members response to this was you guys are favoriting even tho the tails who were accidentally killed by me said he didn't mean too.

In here it says, "You may punish someone that breaks a rule in front of you (provided you have the evidence). You don't always need a sit to do your job as a staff member."

 

You were banned due to the fact that you killed so many Taliban with the bombing, you were fine killing the United States. There are ways you could've done this such as your teammates plan an attack with guns, you give your teammates simple warning to back up, etc. I would try to plead your case as accidental however you knew your teammates were right at the gate. Next time be more careful.

I knew my teammates were at the gate, but I didn't know it had a big blast radius and because it was an accident, and no one there knows the radius they said it was fine I did explain this in OOC but I was ignored by the staff members I would suggest that you would talk to the person you are going to punish so there would be no confusion..
