• You may have 1 month of total LOA per 6 months.
• If an LOA is posted for an invalid reason, or does not use the proper formatting, it will not be taken into consideration for the next staff roster.
• LOA's are for an absence of 1 week or longer. Any LOA posted with a length shorter than 1 week will not be taken into consideration for the next staff roster.
