 Garnet Gaming DarkRP - Promotion Guideline
Promotion Points:
Staff members will receive promotion points in accordance to each task they perform for the server, Promotion points will fall into two categories, Standard and Division Points, Division Points may substitute Standard Points, but Standard Points may not Substitute Division Point requirements. The exchange for each task to its point value can be found below:

1 In-Game Report Completed | 1 Standard Point
1 Training Completed | 15 Division Points (HR)
1 Supervision/Executive Interview Completed | 5 Division Points (HR)
1 Forum Report/Appeal Processed | 5 Division Points (Operators)
1 Whitelisted Event Hosted | 3 Division Points (Game Masters)
 

All staff members will be required to earn at least 40 Promotion Points to maintain their rank each month, failure to complete server duties for 3 consecutive months will result in a removal from staff. The Staff Member with the most total points in a one-month period will be eligible to receive the "Staff Of The Month" award; Trial Moderators, VIP Moderators, and Moderators who earn the Staff Of The Month award will be eligible for a Double Promotion, others who receive the award will be eligible for a bonus prize.
 

Below are the requirements for each rank to be eligible for a promotion.

-70 Standard Points
-50 Division Points

-20 Division Points

Disclaimer: Staff Meeting Attendance, Staff Strikes, General Server Engagement, and Behavior may all have an impact on promotion eligibility, these conditions are a intended to be a baseline for which promotions are granted. Management reserves the right to refuse promotions based upon various other factors not included in this document.
