One of them was my striker 12. After being gone from the server for 1+ year I cam back and that's the only item I am unable to equip from the /permaweapons menu. I know that when you make changes in said menu that you have to respawn to take effect, but regardless of how many times I reset or hit the on/off button in the menu I don't get the shotgun.
