I unfortunately do not have any referrals from current staff at this time. 

    Past experiences as staff: [Optional] I do not have any past experience that directly relates to being a moderator on GMOD. I am trying to gain experience as a trial moderator and I felt that this server would be a great opportunity for me to help out and gain experience.

I believe I am the ideal candidate for the moderator position on your Dark RP server for several reasons. Firstly, my extensive experience with management and leadership has provided me with a deep understanding of the game mechanics, community dynamics, and potential challenges that may arise in a server environment. Moreover, my commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive gaming community sets me apart. I have a proven track record of effectively managing IRL workplace spaces, promoting respectful communication, and swiftly addressing rule violations. I am well-versed in conflict resolution and possess the ability to remain calm under pressure, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all players.

 

In addition to my technical knowledge and management skills, I bring a proactive and collaborative approach to the table. I am enthusiastic about contributing to the growth and improvement of the server, whether it involves organizing events, assisting players, or implementing innovative features.

Ultimately, my passion for DarkRp, coupled with my dedication to creating a welcoming and enjoyable gaming environment, makes me a standout candidate for this moderator position. I am confident in my ability to positively impact the community and uphold the standards of your server.

    How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I can currently contribute about 3-4 hours per day (8 pm - 12 am).

Outside of work, I'm passionate about photography and spend a significant amount of my free time capturing moments and exploring different creative aspects of the craft. I find that it allows me to express my artistic side and brings a unique perspective to my problem-solving approach. Additionally, I enjoy staying busy with music and forming various jam sessions with friends, which not only but also fosters a sense of camaraderie and teamwork. These activities contribute to my well-rounded personality and help maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Hello, Mkrowas. I have only seen you around briefly a time or two and highly suggest that you follow our minimum requirements. I was in your shoes. New and wanting to help the server. So I applied. Got denied, and then I cried (not really ;-;). I like your application, well written! No referrals, however. It always helps to have at least one. Read the staff rules!! It takes some time to learn the in game ones; get your playtime up! Keep your reputation clean as well.

I did not use AI to write my application. I am a college graduate from Johnson County Community College in Olathe Kansas. I have taken two college level writing courses (COMP1, COMP2). I am sorry you believe my writing is "written by AI". Am I not supposed to put great effort into my application? If you truly believe that I am lying about my past experience and hobbies, I am more than happy to submit photo proof of my high-end camera. I can also send my resume to back up my proof of management in an IRL workplace setting.

 

For those of you that chose to give me constructive criticism, I appreciate your input and I will continue to gain experience through playing on the server. Thank you.

You might not want to flex your education; the reason you are being accused of AI use is because of how repetitive and stiff the writing is. There is very little variation in sentence structure, it reads as soulless, and it looks identical to most other AI writing.
