Timezone: Eastern European Standard time

What happened?: I typed p*rnhub in the chat (not in ooc nor advert) 

Ban length: 50 years

Why should i get unbanned?: I didnt know that it was against the rules to say that, since ive seen people say worse and not get banned at all. It is my first ever ban and i did not know what to expect after i said that word.

true, but was it a clickable link, no it was not from my perspective

Ban was only submitted by me, the actual ban itself was issued by Gabbox, and I was told by him you posted a link to pornography in chat. Not entirely sure if it is true but he says he has a screenshot which I am sure we will be seeing shortly which will regard your outcome. If it is a link like he says I would just like to say that is incredibly inappropriate and immature, but we will just have to see how the situation turns out according to the proof Gabbox has.

it was not a clickable link. Does it resemble a URL? Yes it does. If you click it it redirects you to that website? No it does not.

Technically, yes you broke a rule. Clickable or not is not defined in the rules, nor should it be - otherwise people would omit the "https://" and just try to void the rules on links because it's "not a clickable link", as a loophole. That said - do I personally think the ban was a bit much in this context? Yes. 

Locking until the DarkRP Administration Team reviews, to prevent further arguments. Both parties have responded with their evidence and/or statements.

After careful review of your appeal and the events pertaining/leading up to your ban. We regretfully inform you that your request for an appeal of your ban has been denied at this time. This is mostly but may not be limited to the following reasons:

I am denying this as it's pretty clear that it would be against the rules to post such a message in ooc.
You have been here for a bit and you should have known this would cause a problem, and I honestly feel from how you responded that you did know.
With all being said this is your only ban, and it should be kept at a perm. But I'm willing to give you a second chance. I am going to be reducing your ban to 2 weeks.

This is your only chance, if you get permed again, unless it's a false ban, it will stay in place.

Thank you for attempting an appeal, as well as the effort you have put into your appeal.
