Apparently he just said "I can't take anyone side and you all broke the rules therefore I will ban all 3 of you for Mass RDM"

@Jesteruu Thank you for providing clips of parts of the circumstances leading up to your ban, please could you elaborate on the facts surrounding to your ban appeal. I see a player was indeed targeting you, if you feel this wasn't dealt with already in-game then please could you make a separate player report using the format below, to ensure that we have all the information needed to impose punishments as required.

Thank you for the fast response!

Basically the moment I spawned my teammate and I were shot and targeted by these 2 players (volza and  Guy Chimper) Not only did they attempted to RDM me and my friend they also NLR multiple times, Switch jobs and became a cop to raid my base, prop minged my base, raiding as a import dealer, mass arrested multiple players (as you can see on these clips), False warranted, arrested during sit and homophobic (I can include that evidence if needed) . I was in a 2 in admin sits averaging for about 15-30 mins, @PaereBrus Claimed that I was Mass RDMing due to the logs showing 4 page of me constantly killing them. Even after all the evidence shown during sit and explaining to the mod thoroughly on why I had 4 page of killing them, PaereBus came into conclusion that all 3 of us broke the rules and shall be banned together lol

On this final note I just wanted to say I expected alot from the moderator after confidently showing multiple evidence to do the right thing and make the correct judgement. Especially after the fact getting arrested and false warrant during a admin sit and infront of PaereBrus,

I concluded that you did Mass RDM, It is quite rare for someone to get killed on the street if there is no RDM Involved.
After we've had the sit with that duo abit earlier, i did tell both of you to stop killing eachother even if you felt it brung justice.

 

Then after that you made a new sit, now you see. I can't just punish one guy if i see that you also did something wrong in this case, and certainly your combat log pages wasn't so reassuring.

Now it seems you RDM'ed someone more than 3 times, which in my eyes a mass RDM ban was fitting, even if you felt that they were killing you so you had to kill them back. RDM is RDM

@Jesteruu While I appreciate that other players may have been breaking rules too, I need to establish the facts surrounding your own actions in order to form a judgement on whether or not your ban was valid. As such, and given the evidence provided, is there anything you would like to add which you feel should be taken into consideration? Note - rules other players have broken are not relevant to your ban appeal, you may wish to submit a player report separately using the linked format above if those incidents haven't been already handled in-game.

Hi PaereBus if you judgement is based on these logs (Mass Rdm at the street) . I did let you know and showed u this clip multiple clips and explain I was getting damaged 

You are missing the fact that my teammate is also getting damaged and based on the rules I can in fact defend my teammate. So here are more clips of them attempting to RDM us and NLR multiple times

@Jesteruu Thank you for providing additional evidence, however as it stands, the clips you have provided don't disprove the evidence that PaereBrus has provided. I'll explain below:

In your first clip, you aren't in a party with your team mate. You can see this by comparing your other clips which show both your health-bar and your team mates health-bar at the top of the screen, but isn't shown here. Therefore both kills would be considered RDM as you hadn't yet made a party. On top of that, it also doesn't tie-up with any of the log screenshots which PaereBrus has provided and is therefore a separate incident.

As it stands, it appears as though all four screenshots of the logs which PaereBrus has provided are RDM kills, but I'd like to offer you the opportunity to present any arguments or further evidence you wish to add before I make a final decision.

Thank you for your time and patience. After a careful review by our Operator Department, we have decided to accept your ban appeal. The decision to accept your appeal is due, but not limited to, the following:

After reviewing the evidence from both PaereBrus and yourself, I have come to the conclusion that you were indeed trying your best to abide by the rules, and you avoided conflict unless either you or your party member was damaged first (or via other legitimate RP scenarios). With that said, there were at least two instances where you unintentionally RDM'd, by forgetting to join a party in order to defend your teammate. However, given that the evidence which you have provided disproves at least 2/4 of PaereBrus' screenshots, I believe this adds merit to your claim of innocence and so the other two will remain undetermined, given I cannot definitively say whether they were in defence of your team mate once again.

I don't believe that PaereBrus has done anything wrong in the way they handled your reports; the evidence here has taken quite some time to prepare and analyse, and there are some areas which aren't totally clear without additional context / evidence. For that reason, no action will be taken against the staff member.
