What happened? (include any proof): Basically I'm staff on duty and I noticed apexpepper running around the streets across the map from his base. I then see Apex go to Exotic who was in his group without any reports being placed by exotic. I thought I might as well check his base to see if he actually just teleported to exotic for a faster way back to his base. The pictures explain the rest. Oh ok now I see why you were creeping around his base.. but when you go into a sit manely on roof 2 3 or 4 you get stuck on the barrier which means you have to tele again I think due to this glitch he should be allowed tp to his alt since this was actually where he was rping and since a sit is ooc it should be perfectly fine to tp back into your base as this is where you would end up if you /return (yourname)... But since the roofs are broken it isn't fair that he would have to either switch jobs or kill himself to get off the glitch.   For that I'll -1 but if my points are invalid I guess I'll change....

I agree with evolve. some roofs get you stuck and you have to use a second tp to get to the roof itself, meaning you can't /return yourself. sometimes it's necessary to use a tp because you can't /return, but then again, it's not allowed, but then again, roofs are broken. So if this was after a sit he did then I'm -1 on your report. if it was pure abuse with no prior sit then I'm gonna +1. @ApexPepper?

As I stated above in the report there were no sits at this time as I was SOD my job is to take sits. There were none.  

EDIT: With that being said I took one last picture just for  more pictures as he did it agian. https://gyazo.com/f60795b009be9fe33467b42fbce75e59 As you can see in chat no returns took place if he was in a sit and it doesn't say he teleported to any roofs. At this time the server was low pop so the chat wasnt being spammed or anything like that.
