Points for Effort, Creativity, Like/Dislike ratio, how dope it is, and how inexpensive the cost is(lol). You can recieve up to 3 points in each category for a maximum of 15 points. Bias will be included in this contest as always. Pictures of costumes can be submitted until Nov. 1st at whatever time I feel like then be judged upon with extreme BIAS.
