    Why should we choose you over other applicants?:

   I see myself as an attentive person whether it comes to interactions or rule interpretation. This is a valuable asset in the few but complicated situations that I have seen occur in the server. While enforcement is often the primary role of moderation, I want to help guide some more risqué players into a more presentable light from the start. I believe this is valuable and helps set a foundation for a player to work better within their role. I have personally done this with members of the 104th. This process is not always perfect, but I have gained one of my best NCOs from holding him to a higher standard and working with him to keep the fun stuff to its correct moments. 
   Additionally, I feel that my skills from being battalion command translate well into the role. I have been active within Discord VCs and the game where I try to interact with people constantly. I am constantly dedicated to promoting positivity with simple, attentive conversations with people. I have recently worked on my communication skills to make sure everyone is in the know to the full extent rather than everyone knowing bits and pieces. I strive to improve skills through interaction and consistency within my work.

    Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: NO
    How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: 10-15 hours a week (2-3 nights a week) This will increase soon as I am on the back end of a health complication that made my work schedule irregular.
    If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: I am consistently working as a firefighter, both career and volunteer, which gives me a way to get the adrenaline pumping while helping those in dire times. I am also an assistant football and basketball coach at the high school I graduated from where I try to help the players understand intricacies of the sports.

While I have had limited experiences with you, you have a very solid application. I do hope if you are accepted, you continue on the staffing and coaching of new players. Our goal in the moderation team is to Reform, not only ban.
