frank103003 15
i believe that some sits are more important than others. there should be an option to say whether or not the situation is ongoing (rp is currently being affected and if intervention is immediate it will reduce damage EX: spawn propblock, repetitive mass rdm/att rdm.) or if it has passed(if the incident in question has happened and it won't change with immediate intervention EG: diss in ooc, single rdm/att rdm). if the situation is marked as ongoing it will alert admins to which sits they should take first so they can keep the garnet gaming gears turning. 1 1 Link to comment
eXg-Buddha 729
We already prioritize certain reports over others. Also there is a format for suggestions, and I recommend using it. Link to comment
Crin {GG} 80
All sits are treated the same way, if it's something serious enough to require a "urgency" option than I can guarantee that *competent* staff are most likely already aware and are actively trying to fix it, but that's just my POV from being a past manager. When things like spawn prop block, mass RDM, ddos, etc are happening most of the time people are screeching about it in OOC already. 1 1 Link to comment
The.Batman (Faustin) 3
Crin's right, unless it's super important all sits will be treated equally. And if it is super urgent than the staff already know about it like mass rdm and such. And if it's something actively happening but not super important you can just take a screenshot so you have proof even if the person stops. It's not hard. Link to comment
Exotic 115
Most sits are treated equally but if I staff member see a report for spawn propblock or even mass rdm those will more than likely be claimed before a nlr or failrp report. Link to comment
eXg IPL4YG4MES 204
Agreed with everything said above. If we see a longer bannable report, we would most likely take it first. This is basically unnecessary. Link to comment
Joeball 15
-1 When we take sits we check the desc of the report first, then prioritize certain reports. If this was a feature 6-7/10 reports would be marked "urgent" Link to comment
Entity 357
Most sits are already taken more prioritized than others when we read report descriptions. @DarkAlias Link to comment
