How do I play on laptop?

I would like to start playing again, however it seems to be rather difficult. This is due to my laptops f#'s assigned to other other functions, making me unable to use them accordingly. Is there a fix to this? i have been using /usmarine(etc) but for general abilty to access the F# commands it would be useful to know what to do. Thanks

Bios settings usually have a setting for this. Bios can be accessed by pressing f10, f2, or the spacebar while your computer is booting up. Navigate using the arrrows and enter, and then go to save and boot

Check your keyboard for a "FN Lock" button. If it doesn't have one, look at this:

$35 for a really good keyboard. If you can't afford that ask someone you know if they have a spare. Any keyboard is better than a laptop keyboard, for gaming at least.

thanks guys, im gonna experiment to see if my 'FN lock' worked later (when I am not on campus). This lock will probably work though. I appreciate yalls assistance. I am not as tech knowledgeable as I would like to be.
