Ban Reasons: 3x Acc. Mass RDM, Perma banned from forums.
How long were you banned for?: Permanently from both the GG Forums and from GG servers.
Proof of Ban: it was 6+ months ago, I don't have proof anymore. Will update if I find any / any is provided.
What happened? (include any proof): Banned for Acc. Mass x3, and community banned for jokingly asking for smooches from my (admittedly ages 15-18) close friends in my own teamspeak channel, Phantom heard and banned me from the forums for pedophilia and toxicity.
Why should your ban be removed?:

There's two things I should address.
The first thing is my in game ban: I was fucking around with my friends, and fucked up by killing two people, and hurting others with a matador rocket. After I was banned for the final time, I lashed out on people that didn't deserve it. I genuinely fucked up, big time. The first appeal over six months ago didn't go so well, as I was working a shit ton at the time and never replied to the questions that were asked, then it was locked.
 

The second thing is my community ban on my first account, @Panini: In all honestly, it was all just jokes between friends, however I can truly see as how it could be interpreted incorrectly to someone that either just joined or wasn't really paying attention. However, regarding my toxicity, I personally feel as though I am changed as a person, attitude wise at least. These past months and the beginning of a new year have been very transformative for me, both with my friends online and real life. I know it's such a cliche thing to say, but attitude wise, I am reformed. I was super toxic before and thought I was absolutely invincible because of how the community perceived me. I abused my position as a """Respected""" (I use that term lightly as it is just a game,) figure in the community. I absolutely did not deserve the support I received back then because of the way I was acting at the time. I treated people that truly didn't deserve it so poorly.

I would genuinely like to apologize to everyone that I acted negatively and toxic towards, especially to people that were nothing but kind and fair such as @Gildarts, the other staff that were there, and especially to @Phantom, who was nothing but patient and courteous to me up until my ban, and even after. I know that ban appeals aren't for apologies, but this is probably the only post I'll be able to get out before this account is either banned, or the thread is locked ;  )
If you would allow me a chance to redeem myself, I would greatly appreciate it. If not, I completely understand. I apologize to everyone that I've done wrong to, and absolutely, truly sorry to those that didn't deserve it.

I and other people would probably be able to give you another chance in the community. 

But on the other side I can see how it would be difficult to unban you as a well known player like you should not make those kind of mistakes. And many people who say they’ve changed, never in fact changed like Normacco. 

 

Also I think it would be good if you responded to what Phantom said in your previous ban appeal.

Just gonna throw in what I think:

  Even though I was inactive at the time of your ban, I believe you deserve a second chance, despite these past actions. If your being honest and you have changed then it will be obvious that you've changed, if not, then people will know and you will be re-banned. Like I said, I was inactive and didn't see exactly what happened, so hopefully you have reformed.

I know we usually say ban appeals aren't for apologies, but Panini seems like he's genuinely changed since his ban date occurred. He obviously put a lot of effort into the appeal as well, and I think that shows that he is truly sorry for what he previously did and wants to make an effort to become apart of the community once again. I don't really understand why he was community banned in the first place, to be honest, but I know very little of the situation in of itself as well. I'm all for giving him a second chance.

I have looked at the reasoning behind the ban and I feel that the ban should stay based off of what I read on the forums ban.

Since yall probably don't know the reason. This is what I had read. 

 

He acknowledged talking to minors, who he referred to as "12 year olds" about kissing and dating them.

I personally apologize for what I've done. because of me you had the final string cut and thats what got you perma'd. To be honest, Id love to see you back in the server. You been nothin but a friend to me and I took that comfortable feeling too far. I understand if you dont want to speak with me ever again but +1. Panini welcomes people with open arms and shows them the ropes of the server.

+1 I knew Panini for a long time on the server. He is one of the reasons I stayed so long. As soon as I met him he didn't ask questions we just got along. Panini is a great guy and I think he should have a 2nd chance to come back. Hope to see you soon old friend
