+1 I would absolutely love to see this happen. An equivalent to US Juggernaut only seems fair, but more importantly, it adds another element to the game that would give a relatively new experience to both US and RU players. Can't recommend this enough.

What happened? (include any proof): Banned for Acc. Mass x3, and community banned for jokingly asking for smooches from my (admittedly ages 15-18) close friends in my own teamspeak channel, Phantom heard and banned me from the forums for pedophilia and toxicity. Why should your ban be removed?: There's two things I should address. The first thing is my in game ban: I was fucking around with my friends, and fucked up by killing two people, and hurting others with a matador rocket. After I was banned for the final time, I lashed out on people that didn't deserve it. I genuinely fucked up, big time. The first appeal over six months ago didn't go so well, as I was working a shit ton at the time and never replied to the questions that were asked, then it was locked. The second thing is my community ban on my first account, @Panini: In all honestly, it was all just jokes between friends, however I can truly see as how it could be interpreted incorrectly to someone that either just joined or wasn't really paying attention. However, regarding my toxicity, I personally feel as though I am changed as a person, attitude wise at least. These past months and the beginning of a new year have been very transformative for me, both with my friends online and real life. I know it's such a cliche thing to say, but attitude wise, I am reformed. I was super toxic before and thought I was absolutely invincible because of how the community perceived me. I abused my position as a """Respected""" (I use that term lightly as it is just a game,) figure in the community. I absolutely did not deserve the support I received back then because of the way I was acting at the time. I treated people that truly didn't deserve it so poorly. I would genuinely like to apologize to everyone that I acted negatively and toxic towards, especially to people that were nothing but kind and fair such as @Gildarts, the other staff that were there, and especially to @Phantom, who was nothing but patient and courteous to me up until my ban, and even after. I know that ban appeals aren't for apologies, but this is probably the only post I'll be able to get out before this account is either banned, or the thread is locked ; ) If you would allow me a chance to redeem myself, I would greatly appreciate it. If not, I completely understand. I apologize to everyone that I've done wrong to, and absolutely, truly sorry to those that didn't deserve it.

Who was involved?: @Gildarts | GarnetGaming (Updated Mass Ban to 10 Year / Permanent Ban) Why should your appeal be accepted?: Look, I fucking love this server. I've spent over 3.1k hours on it and have been absolutely faithful to it for the 8 months that I've been playing. Whether you love or hate me, you can't say that I haven't been committed. This server has taken up literally 90% of my playtime in video games for this year. I have been banned two times for Accidental Mass before, one with the Vega C4 and the other because I was stupid and didn't realize that the raid was called over. This is my first "real" mass ban. I was fucking around with friends and hit him with a rocket. With that, I also hit another person / other people with the explosion but didn't kill them. However, as GB (i was on Nailgunner at the time) went down to the bunker for DB, I was blocked by @{GG} CJ to which he stabbed me, and I shot him (either once or twice, he was low health on US Riot) with the FMG, and he died. I was then taken to a sit to which I said "this is a joke right" / "this is fuckin jokes, you're pranking me." I was then banned for mass for two weeks, and then a bit later was informed by people on discord that my ban had been updated to a permaban by Gildarts. I've talked to both Phantom and Gildarts about this, and they told me to make an appeal. It should be accepted because I've been an extremely active player, and love this community so much. I haven't been banned for Intentional Mass three times, only once. I get it, I fucked up big time, but it should not constitute a permaban. It also not like I've massed three times this month, it's been the two Accidental Masses in the span of many months, and then this mass ban, which the kills were spread out over a period of a few minutes. It's not like I ran into a DB or just killed people with the intent to mass. I was messing around with friends. With that, the accidental masses have been just that, accidental. It was with the Vega Commander Class C4, and then me being a retard and not realizing Fupert called raid over. I'll own up to them, and I'll stick by them. I get that it's a "3-ban and you're out" kind of deal, but I truly love this server, the people, and I am truly grateful for the friends I've made along the way. I would hate to have to find another community. and would truly miss everyone on the server. In Game Name: Panini Origin of Name (Why You Chose it): Someone called me Panini as a joke and I liked it, so I stuck with it. How Long You've Been on GG (Put the Date You Joined If Known): Sometime in February-March of 2018. Favorite Faction You've Been In: PDSS/Frogmen, hands down. It feels more like a family / close friend group more than a faction and I'm so thankful for the friends I've made while being in it. Yikes. Many of you already know, but the RU Frogmen Classes all have the problem of not being counted as an RU class. Of course, there's a multitude of reasons these problems haven't been fixed yet, however it never hurts being brought to light. The Problem(s) During Wars: None of the four Frogmen classes are counted as being in the RU faction and are instead counted as being allied with the recruits. (Can't do damage to recruits during wartime.) The problems that arise with this are: 1. Team Damage during wars. We can kill RU and they can also kill us. (Stacks VERY poorly with Frogmen: Tactical having grenades.) 2. We can't type in radio at all, missing callouts, plans and everything else that comes with the radio. 3. We can't cap points for RU during wars, rendering us almost useless in capping and getting rid of US progress on points faster. 4. Our kills don't count towards RU kills during TDM wars. The Problems Outside of Wars (Smaller Problems): 1. Head hitboxes are the size of Russia (haha) 2. No squads. Here is a video I put together quickly to put these problems into a visual perspective Reasoning Behind this Post: The classes are fucked and it hinders gameplay to an extreme amount due to the reasons stated above.

You killed Gamma, myself, and then shot Broken. That's Att. Mass. We were outside of the base, as you've so generously admitted to, so that makes us not Kill On Sight. You've also failed to neglect the first ROE, "Do not shoot until shot at." You have broken a rule and are trying to justify it as "I was just roleplaying" even though you were trained otherwise. You are ONLY supposed to KOS the opposing faction if they're in your base, or if it's war or a raid. Just because you can't comprehend the rules doesn't mean that they need to be changed Also on the point above where you said we didn't have permissions to leave the base, it was a Colonel (myself) and Major (Br0ken) of Vega with a 2GA MLT (Gamma). We are all officer ranks and do not need permissions to leave our base. btw it's the 6th of October, not the 10th.
