How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs] TO help with resolving tickets and do the other dirty work that staff other staff members wouldn't particularly like to do. I want to see the community grow more but it is hard when you don't have much power in the community. more than willing to help out with tryouts outs and changing people's job for tryouts and so on and so forth.  This community is amazing; however, I feel as though I could do more to better serve those on the server by being part of staff I am good at resolving heated arguments. I try to put other's needs before my own on the server whether it be training them, helping with tryouts, etc. I feel like I would make a great admission to the admin roster because of these traits. thank you for taking the time to read this!
Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? If so, Include details. Blacklisted from marines for purposely failing a tryout I didn't want to participate i but was forced to by higher ups.
Have you made any previous applications, If so when?:  Sept 23 on other ChurchHill acc
How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: usually 2.5-3 hours a day

Although your staff app is a bit short for my taste, I've played with you a lot, and you are a very responsible, caring, trustworthy guy. I've seen you helping people when you didn't have to, and you show a lot of great leadership qualities. I have even seen you on RU side helping and conversating. I'm not sure how much my word is worth sense I'm just another member but I do see you as a great fit for the staff team. You don't have enough support on your staff application for me to consider accepting you as I don't know you in-game very well, and can only base this decision off what I see in this thread. Put more time into the community, showing people who you are, earning their trust, and then you can attempt to get staff again if you wish to.

Wait at least 1 week to apply again. I suggest you wait longer though.
