I am not close with any admins on the server, and was unable to acquire a referral after spending some time looking for one.

Past experiences as staff:

I used to own a surf server, and have been moderator on superior servers DarkRP. 

Why should we choose you over other applicants?

I should be apart of the staff team because I want to help out the community and support others when they need a staff member. I also want to be apart of the staff team because I want to experience again the satisfaction of helping out many people. I am excited to do the work that being a staff member entails and it will grant the satisfaction I am looking for. I have been a Paid Moderator a while ago so I already have a taste of what is to come. I want to turn myself into an efficient worker for the people of the server, so that no one has any problems and everyone can enjoy the server as it is meant to be played. In addition, I feel that I need to show people what I can do, given an administrative position, and that I can efficiently overcome obstacles that are presented. I am looking for a suitable job/task that is able to keep me busy, as well as something that I would like to partake in. Furthermore, I want to be apart of an organized team of people who are all working towards the same goal.

I believe the staff team would have another solid foundation if I were to join the ranks. I am looking forward to doing the tasks and work of a staff member, which would bring efficiency to the server in helping people. In addition, I have already been an Admin before, so I already have the knowledge, as far as Admins go. Furthermore, I am not afraid to take action when it is needed. If there is some dispute, quarrel, etc, it should be my job to help the associated parties to come to a solution if my help is requested. Not only can I take action when needed, I can also be strict/harsh onto those who break the rules. Rules are in place for a reason, so cracking down on those who plan to break them is a suitable job for myself. Not only can this be asked of myself, but it can also be asked that I be mature at all times. I am not new to being professional and mature at all times, and it would be a welcome change to what I have been doing recently. This doesn’t mean that I can’t joke around every once in a while and be friendly to other people, but I will take this staff job seriously, and I will do what is required to keep such job.

Yes, I have around 950 hours on Garry's Mod and as soon as I joined my first server I thought it was funny to kill everyone. This was 2 years ago and I have matured a ton since, and would never do this currently.

No, I have not made any previous applications.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: 
Around 40 hours per week.

If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?:

I spend most of my time in school and doing homework, however I enjoy playing on my schools football and basketball team as well. When I am not focused on school and sports, I spend my time out with friends and on Garry's Mod.

That's a yikes, as staff if they do not follow the rules you must educate them. And if they continue to break rules, punishment is the next thing a staff would resort to, but im pretty sure you meant that.

I am not yet familiar with how this server punishes people, but I am sure once trained I could figure it out with ease. I edited that part out. Thanks for the constructive reply.

With 114 hours I think you'd know how we punish people by simply looking at chat.

that's part of the training HR should do whenever discussing the D3A Handbook, which is also used during the staff rules test. Personally, I don't see it as a huge deal (even tho it's not my choice as long as the trainer is doing the job effectively and not just rushing the trainee to the end
