I'm not going to jump too deep into this topic, however, I'm not calling out your faction for the lack of players alone, as I value skill above numbers, especially in a SOC faction. What you need to remember is that your members must make up for it in skill (dont interpret this as talking shit), and be active. You aren't wrong that you don't need to fill your faction, but you need to remedy numbers with skill, and no offense, that isn't happening right now.
