Warn Reason: RDM
What happened? (include any proof): I was warned by Conway for no reason. We had a kidnapped Ting and he ran away from us and went into US Base so we killed him. Conway proceeded to take me to a sit even though nobody had reported me and then jail me for RDM. I don't know if staff is allowed to do this but whatever.
Why should your warn be removed?: Because I didn't rdm whatsoever. He was bound to us and ran into US Base.

Here's the format:

EDIT:

I mean it's perfectly fine that you appealed, seeing as I told you to. I had brought you to a sit and asked you, told you cant RDM and you didn't say anything so I assumed you were perfectly fine with the warning, seeing as you could have said "He was kidnapped". I rolled up to front gate and just saw ting speaking, not really following any kidnap behaviours (Krimizin's Advert Said Bound to Me and Gagged.), so apologies on my part.

This post by Jim states if staff see RDM they can pull you to a sit and warn/punish

Here's my view, sorry for quality, I was downloading something, it's cut off but you have the ending anyhow.

TL;DR

+1 for the appeal, I didn't know he was kidnapped - its obvious that Ting was FailRPing and just wasn't following the Kidnappers, so you shot him.

That was on Ting for Fail-RP since Ting was bound to the kidnapper.  An RDM warn was not justified and not needed (becuase he was kidnaped), you might make the point "He was in the base therefor he wasn't kidnapped anymore." Overall, it just didn't make sense to warn him because Ting shouldn't have went into the base because he was bound.

+1 this situation was handled poorly. From the looks of it the player that was killed (ting) had committed FRP once entering the base and was shot by the kidnappers, breaking the rule with him being binded to the kidnapper.

Dont warn him in the first place then? you should have taken it into your hands to talk to both parties prior to warning the player, regardless of the situation. Overall this warning that was given was completely unethical and this staff member should he punished for the acts shown in this entire situation.
